According to Rev. Heung Tae Kim (National Messiah for Brazil), on 3.9 HC, Atlético Sorocaba, a Brazilian soccer club from Sorocaba (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atl%C3%A9tico_Sorocaba), tied the last game with the score of 2 -- 2. As the result, the team was promoted to the A1 league for the first time after their seven-year endeavor.
