Your Excellencies. Distinguished parliamentarians from throughout Central America and the Caribbean. Honored Participants in the International Leadership Conference of the Universal Peace Federation. Ladies and Gentlemen.

I am pleased to address you today in San Jose, Costa Rica.

I believe it is very significant that we have gathered here for this special session of UPF’s International Leadership Conference, and the launch, in this region, of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace. I am encouraged that parliamentarians have come together from not only Costa Rica, but from many other nations of Central America and the Caribbean as well.

My late husband, Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon, and I have always taught that individuals in every sector of society—including government, civil society, religion, business, academia, etc.—have a responsibility to work to build a world of universal and lasting peace. This is especially true of parliamentarians.

The parliament in any nation is the house of the people, a place where the voice of the people may be heard and the public good advanced by democratically elected representatives, parliamentarians.

Representative democracy is a noble tradition, with roots that date back many centuries, and now the most widely practiced form of governance.

Although you have gathered here from nations around the world, you share a common appreciation and respect for serving as the representatives of the people who elected you. You are servants of the people, and, as such, are expected to serve the public good, guided by basic principles of good governance: accountability, transparency, collegiality, inclusivity, and respect for human rights and the rule of law.

Good governance is secured not only by the policies and laws of the political system. It is also necessary that those who hold positions of power be people of good character, guided by their conscience and universal moral principles. Good governance also depends upon a well-educated and morally responsible citizenry.

It is for this reason that throughout history religion has been an important factor in contributing to the moral and spiritual development of both the political leaders and the citizens. It is imperative that, within modern democratic systems, we do not lose sight of God, our creator and Heavenly Parent, nor of the spiritual principles and laws that have been taught throughout the ages.

My husband and I have dedicated our lives exclusively to building a world of lasting peace. This has been our lifelong mission.

We have always taught that peace is not merely an absence of violent conflict. Peace comes into being whenever relationships are characterized by harmony, balance and mutual respect. Such relationships are created when we practice unselfishness, living for the sake of others. This is the essence of true love.

True Love is the essence of God, who created all things, as our Heavenly Parent. We all have a nature that derives from our common origin. That is why we are capable of practicing True Love, toward one another, and toward all things in the world around us.

Our purpose and responsibility as the sons and daughters of God, our Heavenly Parent, is to become individuals of True Love, with mind and body united; on this foundation we can build marriages and families of true love, as the foundation for the society and the nation; and in turn we should care for the planet and all the forms of life that make up our environment. If we fulfill this responsibility, we can establish a world of peace.

My husband and I have applied this ideal, and the principle of living for the sake of others, in every sector of society.

We have always honored individuals who applied these principles in their spheres of professional life, appointing them as Ambassadors for Peace. Many parliamentarians around the world have been appointed as Ambassadors for Peace and they work closely with UPF and other affiliated organizations of our movement.

In addition, I recently inaugurated the Sunhak Peace Prize to honor individuals and organizations who have dedicated themselves to serving the well-being of others and future generations. The first Sunhak Peace Prize was presented in August 2015, and the second prize will be awarded in February 2017.

When I spoke at the United Nations in Vienna in May of last year, 2015, I called for a spiritual awakening. The member states of the United Nations should not merely follow their national interests. Each member state should seek to serve the whole purpose, the larger purpose, looking beyond national self-interest. When we observe the world from God’s point of view, we see the world from a larger perspective. No matter what our field of endeavor—priest, parliamentarian, or professor—we should be committed to and guided by universal moral and spiritual principles. Whether we are the mayor of a small town, the pastor of a small church, or the president of a nation or the secretary general of the UN, this is our eternal responsibility. This is the responsibility of each parliamentarian gathered here.

In the year 2000, my husband and I spoke at the United Nations in New York, calling on the United Nations and the member states to consider an innovative proposal, namely, that the United Nations build within its system an interfaith council, consisting of religious, spiritual and moral leaders who could advise, collaborate and deliberate with the representatives of the member states. Such a council could serve as the voice of universal values and principles.

The UN emerged in the World War II era, more than 70 years ago. Whereas, there are UN Headquarters Offices in New York, Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi, there is no such office in Asia, even though we are living increasingly in an Asia Pacific age. In many ways, the geopolitical, economic and social center of gravity of our world is shifting toward Asia. With this in mind, UPF and other affiliated organizations of our movement, are advocating for consideration of a 5th United Nations office to be established in Korea.

I hope you will reflect on this proposal. I believe a 5th UN Office on the Korean peninsula, perhaps in the DMZ, with support of both Koreas, would go a long way toward establishing peace on this peninsula and toward peace in the Asia Pacific Region.

In closing, I want to emphasize the importance of the role of parliamentarians. You represent the people. You are entrusted by the people with a great responsibility. If parliamentarians of the world join together in harmony and cooperation for the sake of peace, we can transform the current reality of our world, creating a world of joy, harmony and lasting peace. With this in mind I encourage you, on this day, to form the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace, centered on the principle of living for the sake of others, and centered on God, our Heavenly Parent. You are the representatives of the 7 billion people of the world. If you join together in this way, there is nothing we cannot accomplish.

Let us work together to build a world of lasting peace.

Father and Mother Nations Pursuing Heaven's Dream

We must not forget the world's 7.3 billion people. Originally, Adam and Eve, without the Fall, should have achieved Heavenly Parent's dream, True Parents' dream.

We are responsible to accomplish the kingdom of heaven on earth and the kingdom of heaven in heaven by our own hands during True Parents' lifetime. This responsibility is a blessing to all of you, especially Korea and Japan, which are the parent nations to the world. The parent nations must unite. Concerning the providence, the father and mother must make more effort. I pray that you will become that kind of father and mother that will bring great results for heaven.

We are looking at the fourth year now since the beginning of Cheon Il Guk. During that time, what have we shown all of you? We compiled the Three Great Scriptures, the education materials through which you can say "I lived a life united with True Parents" about your whole life. We made the Cheon Il Guk Constitution.

In this earthly world, in which True Parents have dwelt, they should have started at the national level, however the nations with that responsibility, could not fulfill their responsibilities.

That is why True Parents had to rise up from the very bottom. Through that, they liberated God and opened the door to Cheon Il Guk in 2013.

In order for this to happen, in many areas we must be models for the world. That is why we selected the Supreme Council, and set up the five organs. In order for all these five organs to work properly, the father nation must have restored at least seven nations in the world.

We must take this path. Now, to go forward centered on True Parents, it is time for us to coalesce, in all areas, such as the existing institutions, and align them under one system. That is why I want to announce to all of you: From now on, as we go forward, all institutions and businesses will have Hyo Jeong at the beginning of their name.

Last time, I said we'd revive the science conferences. While looking at what is happening throughout the world, not long ago a typhoon covered this nation, causing a lot of damage in the Ulsan region. Why do these things occur so often? The Earth, which God created, should function naturally and reasonably. However, human ignorance and unilateral human greed are destroying nature.

In consequence, circumstances have occurred under which we cannot even guarantee the future existence of humankind in this extreme environment. People have been discussing the reason and are worrying about this, but there is no alternative.

In order to begin research and create alternatives, those who enjoy the wealth, must be willing to give it up. Because of that, the nations considered advanced cannot do anything even if they have a solution.

Being in True Parents' position, we cannot just stand back and watch. We must accomplish God's dream, True Parents' dream, the dream of all humankind. I will also work so that the father nation and mother nation can have that status in name and in reality. Without having to say anything more, my dream is your dream.

Until your life's last breath, you must absolutely realize this goal with True Mother!

Mother began by speaking about a documentary she had recently watched that focused on a letter, apparently written in 1333, from the Pope, then based in Avignon, France, to the King of what was then Goguryeo, a predecessor to modern-day Korea. The remainder of what she said that day follows:

Without a doubt, today you are in a position that will be recorded in history. You all are soldiers of this new age, the age of Cheon Il Guk. That is why I told the International Headquarters before, "Record the genealogy of all the world's blessed families."

All of you who stand in the center of the providence working with True Parents to relieve Heavenly Parent's sorrow and to fulfill True Parents' desire for one human family, your results and achievements will be recorded under your names and passed down in that form. I hope that you can respond to True Parents' desires as much as possible, even more than to the best of your ability, with the utmost effort and work, so God can praise you forever, and that you can be those whom True Parents can be proud of that worked with True Parents during this time.

Also, through achieving that, I hope you will become filial sons or daughters, loyal subjects, and soldiers, each of which True Parents will remember as they look over all of your achievements, waiting for and hoping for your success.

Congratulations!

God’s dream, True Parents’ dream and humanity’s hope is to have one world centered on our Heavenly Parent! And the True Parents of humankind are the ones who can guide you toward that world. Two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ came as the only begotten son of God carrying Heaven’s lineage, unrelated to Satan in all aspects. Mary had to create an environment for Jesus to complete the providence. Unfortunately, regardless of whether Mary was aware of the providence or not, she was unable to find the only begotten daughter of God, the blessing counterpart that Jesus so longed for.

When we look at the 2,000-year providential history of Christianity, the Catholic Church has beautifully expressed and served Mary as the Holy Mother (Virgin Mary) because they did not know the truth. Shockingly, Jesus, however, has for the past 2,000 years been associated with the cross. While on the cross, Jesus said he would come again. What did he say he would do upon his return? He said he would hold the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. How deep must have Jesus’ bitter anguish been! Christians could not prepare Heaven’s providence as they did not know Jesus’ unfortunate circumstances. Heaven was able to finally establish the only begotten daughter, God’s daughter, from among the Korean people, through a long providential history of 6,000 years.

Unlike Mary 2,000 years ago, Daemo nim gave birth to the only begotten daughter of God and invested her everything in creating an environment for True Parents throughout her life. She led and protected the Cheongpyeong providence on earth – something no one else could have done.

You all have gone through many difficulties as you worked on the front line to fulfill your responsibilities. During those times, you came to Cheongpyeong and experienced the healing of being embraced in True Parents’ bosom. Have we, or have we not made such an environment – an environment where you can find peace and freedom of the mind through True Parents? Just looking at this, True Parents’ providential history is a success. However, we must not forget the 7.3 billion people of the world.

Heavenly Parent's dream and True Parents' dream should have originally been achieved by Adam and Eve, without the Fall. We have the responsibility to accomplish the Kingdom of Heaven on earth and in heaven by our own hands during True Parents' lifetime. This responsibility is a blessing for all of you. Do you understand? Korea and Japan, in particular, are the parent nations to the world. Parents must become one. I sincerely pray that you can become fathers and mothers who work hard, irrespective of your position, for God’s Will and the providence, and bring great results for Heaven.

We are now in the fourth year of Cheon Il Guk. What have I shown you during this time? I compiled the three volumes of the Cheon Il Guk Scripture as educational materials that will guide you and enable you to say, “I have lived in unity with True Parents,” throughout your lives. I made the Cheon Il Guk Constitution. The True Parents, who emerged on earth, should have begun from the national level. Unfortunately, the nations, who had that responsibility, failed to accomplish it. As a result, True Parents had to rise up from the very bottom. They were then able to liberate God and open the doors of Cheon Il Guk in 2013. In order to achieve this, there are many areas that we must first equip ourselves with as a model nation to the nations of the world. That is why I established the Supreme Council, and set up the five organs. For these five organs to begin working properly, at least seven nations must be restored around the world.

There is a path that we must take. It is now time to combine all areas, such as the existing organizations, and align them under one system that advances centered on True Parents. That is why I want to make an announcement in front of all of you:

From now on, all organizations and companies must have Hyo Jeong at the beginning of their names. Last time, I said I would revive the science conference.

Many things are happening around the world. Just recently, a typhoon affected this nation, causing a lot of damage, particularly in Ulsan. Why do such incidents occur so often? The earth, which God created, was originally meant to function naturally and logically. However, the result is that human ignorance and single-minded human greed is destroying nature. Consequentially, we are witnessing the environment deteriorating to extremes under which even human life can no longer be guaranteed. Many people have been discussing the reasons and are worrying about this. Yet, there is no clear alternative. Researching and creating alternatives will ultimately require nations to give up some of the wealth they have enjoyed. As a result, developed countries, even though aware of the problem, have not been able to do anything about it.

Standing in the position of True Parents, however, I cannot just stand back and watch. Don’t we have to realize God’s dream, True Parents’ dream and humanity’s hope? I will also work so that the father nation and mother nation can have their status, both in name and in reality.

Without having to say anything more, my dream is yours. Isn’t that so?

Please advance with the determination to absolutely achieve this Will with True Mother, until your very last breath.

History, a Parent's Dream and Our Responsibilities

I would like to speak about God's providence through the lens of civilization's historical progress and our current responsibilities. In the beginning, God had a dream, a parent's dream that God and human beings would share love and happiness for all eternity in the midst of God's creation. In light of this, why did the omniscient and omnipotent being not stop Adam and Eve at the Fall? This was because God had given human beings a great blessing, but they did not fulfill their responsibilities.

Through the selfish thoughts and actions of the Fall, all of humankind were born into Satan's lineage. However, Heaven could not just give up. Therefore, God singled out the people of Israel to receive his will in the world and raised them for four thousand years, not just one or two months. Why did the long span of four thousand years pass?

Fallen man had to go through indemnity in order to appear in Heaven's presence. God set up numerous central figures but because at a crucial moment they could not overcome indemnity, they failed. After a long period of four thousand years, God said, I will send him, and sent the messiah.

A stateless people

At that time, the people of Israel still did not have a nation. The satanic world had a Cain-type "nation" called the Roman Empire. God intended that empire to be the path to the world.

Heaven tried to embrace the world through the great Roman Empire. However, the ignorant people of Israel, the Jews -- especially Mary, who gave birth to Jesus -- did not fulfill their responsibilities. How could Mary live a married life when Jesus was single?

Modern Christianity has been moving in the wrong direction. We must now reveal the truth and return all things to their correct positions.

Jesus told Mary many times that he must get married. However, in the end, Mary could not create an environment for Jesus and could not fulfill her responsibilities. This resulted in her being the cause of Jesus taking the path to the cross.

The course to the daughter

After that, Heaven's providential history did not ask anything more of the people of Israel. From that time, Heaven began the providential history of searching for the foundation for the only begotten daughter of God. The Dongi tribe [Eastern Barbarians], which later developed into the Han clan empire, existed from 800 BC to 400 BC. They were of the Dongi tribe. They were great astronomers. When Jesus was born, there is the story of the three wise men. I am confident that they were from the Dongi tribe.

The Han clan was a benevolent people. They were the people Heaven had selected as the chosen people. That is why they did not like fighting and why they were pushed out of China all the way to the Korean Peninsula, becoming the Korean people.

It is the time for the truth about history to emerge. Just as Heaven raised the people of Israel for four thousand years, Heaven raised this nation, these people, for the sake of the advent of God's only begotten daughter.

Protestantism came to Korea not long ago. At that time, a spiritual revival occurred, centered in Pyongyang. "Grandmother" Kim Seong-do of the Holy Lord Church secured the foundation stage. That church was in the position of deceiving and marrying Satan. They were able to bring Satan, in the form of Kim Seong-do's husband, under submission. They could set the foundation stage for receiving the Returning Lord.

The Heo Ho-bin congregation then came. This group secured the growth stage, because they prepared everything for the returning Lord. They fulfilled the role of alleviating Jesus' bitter pain. In the middle of that, on the formation, growth and completion stages centered on Dae-mo nim and with the blessings of heaven, in 1943, I, the only begotten daughter of God, was born. Just as in the time of Jesus, a person found directly by Heaven, the only begotten daughter of God, who had no connection to Satan, was born.

Post-liberation Korea

After Korea's liberation from Japan, both democracy and communism had influence in Korea. Communism earnestly began its activities based in northern Korea. Eventually, Heo Ho-bin went to prison. I was six years old at the time. Heo Ho-bin's mother took responsibility over the group and she called me over to tell me I was the "bride of the Lord."

Communism was then gradually spreading in northern Korea where there was no freedom of religion. However because those in this Pyongyang-based spiritual group believed that the Returning Lord would come, they did not even consider heading south.

Among the refugees

My uncle had been studying in Japan, but he did not return to his hometown after the liberation. We received news that he had instead enlisted in the Army in the South. My grandmother, Cho Won-mo; my mother, Hong Soon-ae (Dae-mo nim) and I, just three females, traveled south to find my uncle. That was in 1948; two years later the Korean War began….

As it happened, Heaven told True Father, then in southern Korea to go to northern Korea. Heaven had me go south and had Father go north. True Father had received his mission from Jesus at the age of sixteen [by Korean reckoning]. In order to begin as the returning Lord, he had to go through indemnity, which is why in the end Father went to prison in the North.

Heaven could not just let everything end in prison. God's only begotten daughter had already been born. Thus, Heaven had to protect Father, which is why Father came south with the help of the UN Forces and why Father was able to complete the word as the only begotten son of God. That is the responsibility of God's only begotten son, and he did accomplish that.

Becoming True Parents

He also had to find followers. On that foundation, in 1960 he met the only begotten daughter of God and moved forward into the position of a True Parent. I said earlier that we must reveal the truth behind providential history. The two thousand years of Christian providential history was the course to find the only begotten daughter of God. This is because in our Heavenly Parent's providential work through history, finding God's only begotten daughter was the final component.

True Parents' nation

A new stage of providential history is beginning through God's only begotten daughter. The people of this nation, the birthplace of the Returning Lord, the True Parents, must fulfill their responsibilities in relation to Heaven. The people of Korea must know why God chose the Korean people. This nation is God's homeland and must become True Parents' nation. Blessed families are the ones that are responsible for paving the way for that foundation, which is why they must fulfill their mission as tribal messiahs and realize national restoration. While I am still on earth, we must absolutely realize Heaven's will. This nation must surely become True Parents' nation and become a model for the 7.3 billion people of the world.

Japan's restorative role

The role of the island nations in the history of human civilization is great. True Father blessed Japan with the mission of being the Eve nation. Blessings come with responsibilities. Only by fulfilling those can you receive the full blessing. You must consider this seriously and bear fruit. We must unite with True Parents and show a united front.

The dark clouds of our time

Today, it seems only incidents giving rise to despair are occurring all over the world. There are many walls -- religious walls and ethnic and cultural borders. Moreover, the world has a "disease" caused by human wrongdoing. Recently many earthquakes, tsunamis and other natural disasters are causing loss of life. However, all nations -- especially nations that consider themselves big -- rather than thinking of the whole, think only of what benefits their own country.

Young people and intellectuals

That is why I am moving in the direction of solving all of the problems one by one in stages. In our movement, young people are uniting with True Parents. They are part of an actual environment that we can show to the nation and the world by making a strong foundation in the Family Federation and cultivating future leaders.

All through his life, Father brought scholars together in order to embrace the world -- particularly scientists, intellectuals and famous professors. Father set before them the responsibility and task of bringing about world peace. The people who were responsible for that did not continuously develop and many of those programs ended. It is true that scientists have contributed much to human civilization. Nevertheless, when we look at the larger picture, they also contributed to polluting the Earth through things like the development of nuclear weapons, which have terrifying destructive power. That is why I would like to restore the Earth that God created, this beautiful Earth, to its original state, redirecting mistaken scientific development to the right course.

No other way

The Earth not being able to exist would mean humans would not be able to exist either. As True Parents, can we just say, "It's dangerous; it's dangerous," and not do anything? That is why I have many things I must do. Will you help me with all my work?

I receive strength from all of you. While I am still here, I want Heavenly Parent to be able to say, "Thank you for becoming one with True Mother and realizing my dream."

We cannot delay dealing with this urgent reality any further. You must feel the urgency of what we are facing. In the providence, postponing these matters until tomorrow is not an option. We must succeed today. Do you understand? I pray that you can all become proud filial sons or daughters and loyal subjects, Cheon Il Guk soldiers that will liberate Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' desperate hearts.

Heritage and Destiny: CARP at Fifty

I was very excited as I was coming to meet all of you. From the beginning, when God created the universe, he had a dream, something he had hoped for. When looking at the immediate results of his dream, I think in his heart he had this same happy expectation. The Bible says that God had created the universe in six days and rested on the seventh. The concept of time in the Bible, the notion of days, is not six actual days. It says, "there was evening and there was morning, one day." [Genesis 1:5] The creation of the universe is not a concept of time but represents the necessary period to give life to all created beings. God created Adam and Eve and saw that it was good and he was happy. God created the first human ancestors, Adam and Eve, and specifically gave human beings responsibility. He hoped that they would grow and become one with God, through the heart of absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience. This was the providence for God to feel joy and happiness through future humans. Unfortunately, the heart expressing selfishness and greed formed. The result of that untimely greed was the Fall. That is how the beginning of fallen history of humanity, with no connection to God, began.

Carrying the providence

Most of you here today, are second-generation members from parents who have received the blessing from True Parents. In that case, each of you is the "pure water" that our Heavenly Parent can feel joy toward for the first time in six thousand years. Do you understand? Through True Parents -- pure water. You are in a position with no connection to the Fall. Yet when we look at the environment of this fallen world, do you think we still have a long way to go, or a short way to go? You all are in the position of true children who have received the blessing from heaven for the first time in six thousand years. In that case, you must all absolutely become one with True Parents. You must become the filial children, loyal subjects and soldiers who will realize our Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' dream. Do you understand that? In order for you to do that, you must all become the best in each of your fields. In this large environment -- the world -- we must make a protective fence that embraces 7.3 billion people. In that sense, the world today has been without hope, without peace. This world has many walls. Religions do as well. The walls in religions are very tall. In light of the original standard, religions that do not know God's providence should not be greedy but should humble themselves.

Responsibilities

The world today has no owner. In short, this is not the world that our Heavenly Parent desires. You must lead the way in broadening our Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' hope and in bringing their wish to fruition. On your own volition, you must gather the 7.3 billion people of the world to praise the heavens, and guide them to live their lives according to their original minds, offering joy and glory to True Parents. I am reflecting on the modern conveniences in this twenty-first century. Throughout history as civilization has developed, no one has known Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' situations. To say that instead civilization has rushed in the opposite direction, toward destruction, would not be wrong. When we look at the history of civilization and the history of wars -- far from making the world that God originally created more abundant and healthy -- our highly developed scientific civilizations have produced weapons of war and nuclear weapons as means of destruction, leading to hopeless wars that put our world in danger.

Turning the world around

When God originally created energy, human beings should have done research and begun developing in a beneficial direction. The result of destructive research is today's nuclear weapons. If we cannot resolve this, there is no future for the world, no future for the human race. True Father brought together and educated many intellectuals through the International Conference on the Unity of the Sciences and the Professors World Peace Academy. In the midst of this, he was able to end the reign of communism. The United States, a world power, could not even imagine this and felt threatened by communism. True Father was able to accomplish this without anyone's help. The United States was raised centered on the providence, but it is now in the midst of chaos. Once again, for you and me, our task is to give the world, not despair but hope! Hak Ja Han at the Victory Gathering to Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of CARP

On 8.25 of heavenly calendar in 4th year of Cheon Il Guk (solar calendar, September 25), True Parents presided over the 50th Anniversary Celebration of CARP in the Main hall at Cheonseong Wanglim Palace.

Around 1,500 students gathered from Korea and abroad under the slogan "Winner! Yes! CARP!" and pledged to continue in their efforts even past the 100th Anniversary of CARP.

Cho Hyung Hee, the CARP district leader of Chungcheong gave the invocation beginning Part 1 of the event. Past CARP presidents were honored to receive Meritorious Service Awards.

Pertinent figures gave reports on Divine Principle research, the Culture of Heart, the Reunification of Korea and raising potential leaders.

The members of CARP gave thanks to True Parents for CARP's 50 years of victorious history and tradition, pledging to work toward creating a revolution in the culture of heart by inheriting filial piety toward heaven. True Parents' [Hak Ja Han's] words are as follows.

"I was very excited as I was coming to meet all of you.

From the beginning, when God created the universe, He had a dream, something he had hoped for.

When looking at the immediate results of his dream, I think in his heart he had this same happy expectation. Most of you here today, are second-generation members from parents who have received the blessing from True Parents. In that case, each of you is the "pure water" that our Heavenly Parent can feel joy toward for the first time in six thousand years. Do you understand?

Through True Parents -- pure water. You are in a position that has no connection to the Fall. Yet when we look at the environment of this fallen world, do you think we still have a long way to go, or a short way to go? You all are in the position of True Children who have received the blessing from Heaven for the first time in six thousand years. In that case, you must all absolutely become one with True Parents. You must become the pious children, loyal subjects and soldiers who will realize our Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' dream. In order to do that you must all become the best in each of your fields. In this large environment, the world, we must make a protective fence that embraces 7.3 billion people.
