The Korean people were the chosen people, from among whom would come the True Parents, who could realize Heavenly Parent's dream, God's dream. When the Korean people divided into north and south and faced difficulties, Heaven once again took on the difficult task.
Because of that, you all are under True Parent's realm of victory. With True Parents at the center, a new era will come, the Era of Cheon Il Guk, the era of the Pacific Rim civilization!
They said the light would shine in the East. That light signifies truth. It is the word. Through the word from True Parents, those in the central nations, Korea, Japan and the United States must become one and actualize lives of true love by living for the sake of others. You must pledge to lead the Pacific Rim civilization with hearts eternally expressing hyo jeong toward Heaven.
When I say "victory," you say victory three times.
We offer this in front of heaven: We will become the key figures in the Pacific Rim civilization to absolutely achieve God's dream, True Parents' dream and the desire of humankind and achieve victory. [Victory! Victory! Victory!]
