High and noble Heavenly Parent,

Beloved True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind

In this month of October which is a month of blessing, a month of liberty, and a sacred month of hope for the Unification movement; we, with all your children who placed their utmost effort, offer our gratitude for allowing us this precious moment to lay in front of Heaven the Chinhwa Park of this Chung Pyung holy land.

To build this holy land, True Parents prepared this sacred place for 40 years with blood, sweat, and tears solely for the future descendants.

My loving True Father, Thank you.

Please bless this beautiful park to be a place where the heart of every member and every person who comes through here can become one with Heavenly Parent and True Parents and offer gratitude and praise to the Holy Spirit in front of God.

Please remember all those gathered here today and raise them as true filial and loyal sons and daughters of Heaven who can be outstanding future leaders.

Beloved Father, we long for you endlessly in this beautiful season. Please guide us as filial and loyal sons and daughters who can fulfill the responsibility of offering this nation and the world to you as proud children by completing our portion of responsibility.

Please look after all the rest of the ceremony and embrace the entire people in your love. We offer this park in gratitude to Heaven and I pray all this in the name of True Parents, Aju.

Searching for the Root of the Universe

It is good to see you. Ladies and gentlemen, with what mind have you come here? Did you come excited to meet True Parents? The udambara, which you saw in the video, that miraculous flower, was discovered on October 4 blooming on a tomato in the vegetable garden next to the Bonhyangwon, True Father’ grave. Even now, they are still thriving. Don’t you feel Heavenly Parent’s love as he gives his grace to you and to all humankind?

The title of my message today is “Searching for the Root of the Universe.” Would you like to live in the original homeland with True Parents? I cannot find any hope in this world, given what is happening here, externally. Many people are dying right at this moment in every part of the world due to starvation, natural disasters, religious conflict and ideology-based warfare. When you think about these things, every single person, every single family, is valuable. You must not be the only ones who enjoy these blessings.

God, who created the universe, had a purpose for creation. He had a hope. Yet what happened when human beings did not fulfill their responsibilities? This became a world in the realm of Satan’s dominion, as it is today. You would not find such pain and anguish in a world under God’s dominion. It would only be happy. However, the world today is not like that. The providential history of restoration through indemnity, covering six thousand years, as the Bible has it, is a sad providential history where a weary and sorrowful Heavenly Parent searched for lost human beings.

Human beings, as originally created, would fulfill their responsibilities. If you had grown in the way God hoped you would, you would be in the same position as God. The original human beings should have become the true parents of humankind. Those who leave God can only wander in Satan’s realm. Nevertheless, because Heaven has a purpose for creation he cannot abandon human beings. Hence, he began the history of restoration through indemnity search for them. We can know he is doing this through the many religions we know of. God, who has endeavored to instill good in an evil world and has hoped for human beings to live truthfully, established a religion that fit each region.

However, human beings need to come in through the gate of the providential history that the creator, God, has planned. What this means is, only Christianity spoke of the relationship of God and human beings as the relationship of a father and his children. They say “God the Father.” The lineage of a parent and child needs to be one, but the Fall means that the lineage changed. Therefore, to come to God’s side people need to pay indemnity.

God’s preparations

During a long period, four thousand years, God established the Israelites as the chosen people. God’s hard work for the past four thousand years, since the Israelites emerged, is indescribable. God said that when the Israelites had formed a nation he would send the Messiah.

Therefore, the Messiah came. God said that the Messiah was his only begotten son. He said that though there are many fallen people in the world, this is the only son, his only begotten son, with whom God could have a relationship. The fallen people should have attended God’s only begotten son. Yet, what happened? Did the Israelites, the Jews, those close to Jesus; or Mary, whom God had prepared for Jesus, fulfill their responsibilities? They did not.

Jesus had no alternative but to die on the cross. What did he say as he died? “I will come again!” What did he say he would do when he came again? He said he would hold the marriage supper of the Lamb. That meant he would marry. God’s hope and humankind’s hope is to meet True Parents. Only then can human beings, who have fallen into Satan’s realm, be reborn, be resurrected, return to God’s side. Yet they lost that opportunity.

Through history, we know how many hardships the Israelites had to go through. At the time, the Roman Empire was so powerful that it was a gateway to the world. The Israelites were also under Roman rule. If they had united and attended Jesus, they would have absorbed the Roman Empire and gone out to the world. If that had happened, the good sovereignty, the good territory, centered on God, would have been secure. Yet they lost that opportunity.

The all-knowing and all-powerful God cannot simply wait. Therefore, with resurrection over the twothousand- year history… That is the history of the Holy Spirit. What you need to be aware of is that this was the foundation to search for the only begotten daughter of God. Do you understand?

Christians today do not know this. They do not understand that God’s providential history unfolded clearly and scientifically. Thus, I am going to explain to you briefly, based on humankind’s historic civilizations after Jesus, what responsibility those living on the Korean Peninsula must fulfill.

The history of civilizations, speaking broadly has spread from a continent to an island nation through the peninsular culture. Therefore, it will return to a peninsula. Christianity began on the Italian Peninsula. Isn’t that right? Didn’t it move across the European continent and arrive in England? What did the English used to say? They confidently said, “The sun never sets on our empire!”

Beginning around the seventeenth century, many believers were able to read the Bible in English in the King James’s translation. The Christian church became corrupt at that time. In the name of their institution, they tied up God and human beings. Hence, Puritan movements broke out among Christians who wanted to attend God genuinely. They moved to the continent in search of freedom of faith where they could attend God freely. They were the Pilgrim Fathers, the Puritans that went to the American continent. Therefore, the United States was in a position to lead the world as a Christian and a democratic nation.

God had prepared that foundation for the Messiah to come again. God launched the democratic sphere so that God’s painful history, such as at the time of Jesus Christ, would not be repeated due to human ignorance. Freedom of faith was the foundation on which the people could be prepared to welcome the advent of the returning Lord. On the other hand, as I mentioned before, that Christian foundation was the means to search for the only begotten daughter of God.

Why does our nation have the name, Korea? If you study our history, a brilliant part of it was the Goguryeo kingdom. The next kingdom to be established was Goryeo, the name of which is based on Goguryeo. The Joseon Dynasty, under the Lee tribe, took its name from Gojoseon. Accordingly, this shows that Korean history had times of brilliant civilizations. Isn’t that right? You have much to study. However, sadly, Korean history as it is taught today has been distorted and omitted because of worries over whether China or Japan would complain.

God’s providence includes a search for the only begotten daughter of God. Would God, who brought forth his only begotten son through the Israelites’ four-thousand-year history, not prepare his only begotten daughter? Before Jesus was born, the Dongye race (800–400 BC) … Do you know the Dongye race? The Dongye race is a bit different from the Chinese. The Korean kingdom of the Han tribe came from them. It was a brilliant kingdom. The Book of Odes mentions that that dynasty fell to the Wiman, and then crossed the sea. This means that it spread to the Korean Peninsula and Japan.

But this is not what is important. Could Heaven give birth to the True Parents, who would be the last Messiah, the Second Coming of the Lord, in any sloppy nation? Wouldn’t God have searched for such a people or nation that would have pride as a confident cultural people inside of Satan’s realm? In conclusion, Korea produced the Second Coming of Christ and the only begotten daughter of God….

Only we know

All religions should go to the place where they attend our Heavenly Parent, who is the root as their own parents. Out of all the religions in the world only the Family Federation for World Peace, the Unification Church does this. I spoke about the history of humankind’s civilizations, but even England did not fulfill its responsibility. Therefore, the Christian cultural sphere had to cross over to the American continent and find Asia. Christians would have to come to Asia, cross Japan and come to the Korean Peninsula and settle in Korea. Thus, I often tell you that you need to know how important our responsibility is.

True Parents have completed God’s amazing providential history, the six-thousand-year work of restoration through indemnity. True Parents have opened a new era. That is Cheon Il Guk. Right? However, while True Parents are alive, the center that humankind and Heavenly Parent have yearned for has been revealed. Seven billion people do not know True Parents. Isn’t this your responsibility? Do you agree or not?

The world’s population was three billion in the 1960s. Just fifty years later, it has reached seven billion. Because they have a conscience, those people have also put a lot of effort into searching for God and trying to be good and kind. Yet, the situation is not resolved because the environment is unable to improve within Satan’s realm. Only through True Parents can everyone unite. Our people have experienced this through the Korean War. However, they do not even understand. Even now, they do not know that God’s providence is unfolding or what our future will be like. This is very sad. Neither politicians nor people of the religious world know. Only we know.

What should we do? You must shout to let them know. You must let the world know of True Parents’ manifestation. You need to save the lives of those pitiable people who are dying forlornly. Don’t you agree? If they live and die without knowing True Parents, they will have difficulties even in the next world, and they will leave the indemnity to their descendants. Hence, what should those who know do? All of you need to invest everything you have.

Live with True Parents

It is quite interesting. Korea is a nation that God had to choose; he had no alternative. There are many difficulties externally and politically. Yet you need to help these people become aware of the center. If you look at the location of Chung Pyung on a map and compare it to a human body, its position is that of the womb. Isn’t that interesting? The womb is where the conception of new life takes place. Chung Pyung is a place that can make fallen human beings, wild olive trees, into true olive trees. All the people of the world should rush to come here. Therefore, we need to save lives, renew them. People need to know that True Parents will accomplish the providence, not some other individuals.

Therefore, where is our eternal homeland? Isn’t it our dream to be where True Parents are and to live with them? That is why God and True Father have shown us a substantial, genuine udambara flower, which they say only blooms after three thousand years. Only we know the truth. Only we are aware of God’s providence.

Thus, we need to bring it to light. We need to proclaim it. By any means possible, we need to make it so that there is no one that can say they did not know True Parents. If you do that, you no one will complain about you later. You should not be criticized through questions like, “If you knew, why didn’t you teach me?” Hence, what do you need to work hard at? You need to complete your responsibilities as tribal messiahs and restore your nations.

The president and other politicians are not the owners of this nation. Who is? True Parents! You must understand that only when this nation becomes God’s fatherland, a nation that attends our Heavenly Parent, will it avoid the enormous indemnity like that which the Israelites in olden times had to pay. Do you understand the title of this message now? Are you going to do it? If you are, please all rise. Let us sing “Song of Unity” together.

Opening Ceremony of the Chinhwa Park

At the opening ceremony of the Chinhwa Park (in Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center) True Mother gave her benediction:

"To establish this holy ground True Parents thought about the future descendants for more than 40 years of sweat, blood and tears and prepared this holy ground."

And during the 'True Mother's Special Assembly" True Mother said:

"If you compare Chung Pyung to a human body it will be the womb. A womb is a place where you can create a new life. Chung Pyung is a place where a fallen wild olive tree could be engrafted and created into a true olive tree."

Also, Sun Jin Nim, International President, said:

"Chung Pyung Works is the core essence of True Parents' mission".

The members from around the world were able to inherit this amazing grace directly from True Parents and each had a new determination for the victory of vision 2020 and their mission as Heavenly Tribal Messiahs

The Third Anniversary of True Father's Universal Seonghwa Memorial Events

True Mother at the exhibit of True Parents' Lifetime Achievements

The main event began at 9 AM Korea time on August 30 at the Cheongshim Peace World Center in Gapyeong-gun.

Thirty thousand Unificationists, including some in leadership roles that had come from many other nations attended the ceremony, which many others watched in their own countries, live over the internet. The ceremony opened with beautiful performances by the Global Top Gun trainees and the Universal Peace Choir.

When True Mother entered, she first offered a large flower bouquet to True Father. The True Children and some selected leaders then offered individual flowers. As audience members arrived at the Cheonghshim Peace World Center, they were given individual flowers and in groups of about twenty, approached a long table, and on command bowed and offered the floor. Following the final conclusion of the event, audience members could also go onstage and offer a provided flower on the main altar.

True Mother gave the main address and several dignitaries spoke in memory of True Father. Their speeches appear elsewhere in this issue of the magazine.

After this initial stage of the event, the second stage was a cultural performance, a heart-moving musical, The One Who Loved Japan Most, performed mainly by Japanese members.

The first anniversary event had True Parents' salvific influence on Korea as its theme. The second anniversary focused on the Americas and the third on True Parents' providence in Japan. The story expressed True Parents' love for Japan through many years and their desperate efforts to separate Japan from Satan and raise the nation to play its providential maternal role in saving humanity.

The musical depicted Father's time studying in Japan, sending missionaries to Japan from Korea and battling communism there, as well as True Mother's tours of Japan and other aspects of their work in that significant country. The event ended with cheers of Og mansei led by the Japanese Church President Eiji Tokuno.

Cheon Il Guk Scriptures

True Mother:

"Today is a day of true joy. What was it that I said at the third anniversary of Father's ascension? I said,'Thank you, Father, for your hard work, Please give us the burden you were shouldering on earth and become free as you freely come and go between our Heavenly Parent and Bonhyangwon.'" Isn't that so? Do you have that kind of heart toward Father?

Today is an occasion to congratulate and be grateful for the completion of the three great scriptures, including the last Chambumo Gyeong, in three languages. The History Compilation Committee and all committee members, professors, and all who were part of compiling Chambumo Gyeong and the three great scriptural works have worked hard, and I offer my gratitude. I congratulate you.

We should be confident now. When God was creating heaven and earth he had a dream. He had a goal. However, what happened? Our Heavenly Parent was not able to realize that dream due to the Human Fall. For the first time in six thousand years our Heavenly Parent was able to fulfill his dream through True Parents and end the grief-stricken providential history of restoration through indemnity. Let us express our gratitude to Heavenly Parent and True Parents who have opened a new era. For Heaven, the beginning and the end are the same.

Cutting ddeok, (highly compacted gluttonous rice) in celebration of publishing Chambumo Gyeong

Our Heavenly Parent's goal is the same as True Parents' goal. Therefore, True Parents' words from the very beginning stage until now are the same.

They may change according to the time or how they were expressed, but the core content is one. This is because our Heavenly Parent and True Parents have one shared goal. In this regard, there are many scriptures, but these three great scriptural works are the essence of their entire providential history. They are the essence. They are perfect jewels that cannot be added to or subtracted from.

You need to know that the reason that we gave everything for this project for three years following True Father's ascension is the power of love coming from our Heavenly Parent and True Parents, who are striving to embrace all human beings. Therefore, there cannot be any adjustments; this is the center. No one can even try anything, in any way. These are perfect. In this regard, today you have attained great jewels of all time with these three great scriptures. Congratulations.

This was True Mother's speech at the dedication ceremony for Chambumo Gyeong on September 1, which took place in the Great Hall of the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Over a thousand invited guests attended the event. Reports and commemorative remarks were given by core staff members of the Chambumo Gyeong Compilation Committee, its president, Kim Young Hwi; its vicepresident, Jae Seo Lee; committee member Seog Byeong Kim; and Dr. Min Ha Kim. Entertainment followed the banquet. A male acapella sextet performed and History Compilation Committee members staged a short musical based on their experiences in compiling and dedicating Chambumo Gyeong.

Chung Pyung liberation

The 2015 Special Chung Pyung Great Works took place from August 28–30 at the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. People from eighty countries came bringing the total to number of participants in this year's Great Works to forty-two thousand -- the highest number to date. This summer's Great Works were especially meaningful as it coincided with the third anniversary of True Father's ascension. A special meeting with True Mother, the 2015 Youth and Student World Assembly, a Prayer–Wish Ceremony, a holy ground pilgrimage, ancestor liberation, a Blessing Ceremony for ancestors, a lottery of holy items and various other programs occurred throughout the weekend.

During the Great Works, president Yeon Ah (Choi) Moon of WFWP International gave a testimony about her experiences attending True Parents. She said, "True Mother overcame her physical difficulties after the helicopter accident, even though it was hard to keep steady. True Mother said, 'I must recover quickly and attend True Father. True Father doesn't even rest, so I must not lay down to rest either.'"

This year's World Summit

World Summit 2015 took place from August 27–31 under the theme, Peace, Security and Human Development.

Two hundred and fifty people, some heads of state and some ex-heads of state, other politicians, religious figures, economic experts, non-governmental- organization personnel of both sexes from fifty-five countries participated.

2015 National Seonghwa Camp prayer

The opening banquet for this year's World Summit transpired on August 27. Yeon Ah (Choi) Moon, president of WFWP International, Thomas Walsh, president of UPF International, and Jun Seok An, international vice-president of FFWPU welcomed the influential figures who composed the audience.

The First Sunhak Peace Prize Award Ceremony took place as part of the UPF World Summit and included a congratulatory luncheon. In Plenary Session IV of the World Summit, the two Sunhak Peace Prize laureates spoke about their activities and philosophical outlook on the challenges their work deals with. Dr. Erna Hennicot-Schoepges, a former president of the Luxembourgian Parliament, served as the moderator for the session and commented following each laureate's presentation.

UPF World Summit 2015 also featured eight embedded seminars. In line with their themes, Peace, Security and Human Development, discussions took place at these seminars on perspectives of peace, peace in Middle East, women's rights, family values, peace in Asia and in Pacific Ocean areas.

Peace Road finale

The Citizens Federation for the Unification of North Korea and South Korea hosted a Completion Ceremony for 120 Nations and an International Symposium for Advancing World Peace and Korea's Unification.

This was in conjunction with the Peace Road activity that our members in nations throughout the world undertook.

The Peace Road 2015 Completion Ceremony for 120 Nations took place on August 27, in Seoul's Gwanghwamun Gate Central Plaza. Peace Road had reached its final destination, Gwanghwamun, after having traced out the course of the International Peace Highway on the global.

After the ceremony, an International Symposium for Advancing World Peace and Korea's Unification took place in the Korean National Assembly (parliament) Building Complex.

This event attracted five hundred prominent figures and cyclists from around the world. Part one of the event was a welcoming ceremony for the cyclists and part two was the main symposium.

Part one included Peace Road participants speaking about their experience as part of the global event as well as welcoming remarks representatives of the Unification Future Forum, National Assembly Member (MP) Myung Chul Cho and Peace Road Executive Chairman Byung Ho Son.

The audience listened to a reading of a congratulatory telegram from Korean Prime Minister Kyo Ahn Hwang.

They also heard congratulatory addresses from the Minister of Unification Yong Yo Hong; Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Yo Il Ho; Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Jongdeok Kim; Vice- Speaker of the National Assembly, Gab Yun Jung; National Assembly member (Saenuri Party) Ho Young Ju; Leonid Kravchuk, president of Ukraine (1991– 1994).

In the symposium, under the theme, Advancing World Peace and Korea's Unification, representatives gave reports and presentations on the Peace Road events from each of our FFWPU regions (North America, Central America, South America, East Africa, West Africa, Middle East, Europe, North East, Asia, Great China, Oceania, Japan and Korea).

Academic Conference

On August 24, Sun Moon University held an international academic conference under the theme Rev. Sun Myung Moon's Vision and Movements for Peace and Unification. Including world-renowned peace scholar, Dr. Johan Galtung (the Norwegian initiator of the academic area, peace and conflict studies), fifty-seven professors from six nations and thirty-five universities collected their wisdom in relation to achieving peace on the Korean peninsula.

Sun Jo Hwang, president of Sun Moon University, gave an introductory address and Son Dae-o chairman of the Professors World Peace Academy, gave a welcoming address. Dr.

Johan Galtung, got right to the heart of the matter with his keynote address. Dr. Galtung said, "For North Korea and South Korea to go beyond the seventieth anniversary of independence and realize peace on the peninsula, it is more urgent to establish trust through mutual dialogue than unification." He also evaluated True Father, founder of Sun Moon University, as "a person who lived a life of establishing peace through North Korea–South Korea dialogue."

There were presentations and debates by subject area on topics such as academic ideas, religion and peace, peace on the Korean peninsula, world peace, future peace, family peace, culture and the arts and peace studies.

On the topic of peace on the Korean peninsula, Professor Geun Sik Kim of Gyeongnam University said, "North Korea and South Korea spent their seventy-year independence in military confrontations and hostility. Rev. Sun Myung Moon's life is drawing new attention at this time when peace on the Korean peninsula has disappeared and hopes of unification have become a hollow echo."

Forum on Climate, the Environment

The Segye Times¸ hosted the 2015 International Forum on Climate and the Environment on August 27 at the Korea Press Center. More than three hundred distinguished people participated.

These included Seongkyu Yoon, head of the South Korean governments' Ministry of Environment; Min Ha Kim, president of the Segye Times; Jun Young Cha, chairman of the Segye Times; Su Gil Yang erstwhile presidential advisor and president of the Presidential Committee on Green Growth; Dae Kyeong Kim, an expert member of the Korea Smart Grid Institute; Sun Jin Yun, a professor (Seoul University); and Cho Yong Seong, a professor (Korea University).

We are in a situation where changes in the climate and environment due to thoughtless resource development and excessive energy consumption are threatening the continuity of the global community.

The Segye Times designed this event to facilitate the sharing of wisdom by participants on ways to solve environmental issues for the sake of the survival and prosperity of human beings.

In 2014, the Segye Times held the International Forum on Food and Forestry and this year the '2015 International Forum on Climate and the Environment. Their intent has been to communally address crises which human beings face based on True Parents' vision and philosophy. True Parents have worked to solve environmental issues for the sake of all people's future.

Youth and Student World Assembly

World CARP hosted the Youth and Student World Assembly from August 28 to 29 at the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Three thousand five hundred young people came from a variety of countries.

Within the program, participants exhibited their local activities by church region. University students were paired so that they might develop a sibling-like relationship over time if they continue to interact after leaving the assembly. Other highlights included a cultural festival, a holy ground pilgrimage and True Mother's message to them. Sun Jin Moon, international president of FFWPU, in her speech to the young people, told them, "Your presence here today is a source of boundless joy for our beloved True Parents," as she referred to the assembly theme "HERE, WE ARE." She also said, "Let us unite and synergize our talents and energy as one family. This is a time for deep reflection about who we are, why we are here, and what we can do as young people to create a world of lasting peace, love and prosperity."

The next day during the closing ceremony when True Mother asked, "Are you young people from seventy different countries?" they responded with loud cheers. She encouraged them saying, "I said that you were pure water. Isn't that so? Pure water must not stop. It must flow. It must give birth to many life forms wherever it flows. Have dreams. I Hope that you will become young people who say, 'I will become a great expert in the area that reflects True Parents hopes. I will become a great scholar. I will become very famous and fulfill True Parents' dreams."

Seonghwa Student Camp

CARP-Korea hosted the 2015 Korea National Seonghwa Student Camp, which they held at the World Jamboree Center in Ganwon Province, Korea. It attracted five thousand members, Seonghwa students and university students from August 7 - 9. The theme was "Seonghwa Students, Become Lights of Peace and Unification!" Various programs included a cultural festival, games, visiting the Unification Observatory to peer into North Korea and a peace concert.

The peace concert took place on the second day. True Mother spoke to the young people via video. She said, "I saw your performance yesterday. It was wonderful. You give us pride in our dreams for the future. Become proud Seonghwa students who are healthy, learn a lot, and grow up well to fulfil Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' dream." The audience applauded and cheered, "True Parents, we love you! True Parents, thank you!" Performances in the peace concert included the Sunhak Children's Choir, guitarist Shuji Hata, entertainment from young students, and Kpop singers. Notably, two of the late Hyo Jin Moon's children, Shin Heung Moon nim and Shin Yuh Moon nim, sang a Korean folk song, "Spring in the Homeland," and one of their father's songs, "Children Who Gather Typhoons."

The Seeds of Dreams Concert Exhibition

Martial arts demonstrations

On August 25, eighty martial arts combatants and seven hundred Global Top Gun trainees, UPF students and members gather for a Martial Arts Festival held the Cheongshim International Cultural Foundation in True Mother's presence.

After part one of the event, True Mother entered amid loud cheers and received flowers from second-generation members. Martial arts demonstrations, which took place in True Mother's presence, began after the first part ended. First, teams of second-generation and third-generation members re-created a story through movement. Next, the True Love Peace School team, which district pastor Hwang In Chun is in charge of, gave a demonstration. Four cadets from Universal Peace Academy then demonstrated discipline and courage through their performance of martial arts armed with sticks. Following this, the Japanese Cheon-Bu-Eun-Go team presented a special performance based on Moon Hyo Jin's song, "Be Successful," to express their firm loyalty and filial piety toward True Parents.

The Seonjeong–Seonhwa Brothers International Team presented a performance. One particular plot centered on Shin Chul nim and conveyed the firm determination of blessed children to pierce through the darkness and move on to become True Parents' hope. Finally, martial art demonstrators by members of the Martial Arts Federation presented the essence of Tongil Moo Do based on the four-position foundation and the give-and-receive action.

Goodwill Football

On August 22, at the Hanam Sports Center, the Daejonggyo (a Korean native folk religion) team secured the winning trophy in the 2015 Religious Leader's Goodwill Football Tournament.

Second place went to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Finishing in third place was the Sunchang Federation team. The Family Federation team finished fourth.

This was the fourth annual football tournament. Creating an occasion for religions to interact peaceably and harmoniously is its purpose. Eight teams competed, formed out of five religious bodies -- the Korean Buddhism Taego Order, Korea Tenrikyo, Daejonggyo, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification.

Three hundred people came as participants or spectators to this event including prominent figures in the Korean religious sphere.

Miracle Music Contest FFWPU, CARP hosted the First Sound of Miracle Music Contest, which drew three hundred people to the Seoul Galwol-dong CARP center.

Many musically talented Unificationists expressed in their music the inheritance of True Parents' hearts and traditions, and gave glory to them as true children. Moreover, they also inherited the culture of heart and of filial piety on Hyo Jin nim's foundation of loyalty and filial piety.

First place went to the Cheonshim Band, second place to 1 Over N, and third place to Go Family. This event became a starting point in advancing the creative competence in cultural activities among our members.

Sound of Miracle Music

Aewon, a volunteer organization and the Segye Times held the twenty-second Seeds of Dreams Concert. On August 19, Moon Hoon Sook, Chairman Cha of the Segye Times, and four hundred other sponsors and families experience this concert at the KT Chamber Hall.

The Seeds of Dreams Concert, which began in 2005, is a means to provide disabled people that have musical talent with opportunities to learn, perform, and become self-reliant as members of society.

Their beautiful music, deeply moved audience members, who cheered them on with applause as they watched the performers, who had overcome barriers to fulfill their dreams. The Aewon Volunteer Organization will continue to bring hope to fulfill the dreams of disabled youth with talent in the arts.

The dream of playing piano professionally had eluded one student, who lived in an orphanage. Yet the young pianist was able to undergo piano lessons and other music education through Seeds of Dreams for six months, played in Seeds of Dreams concerts with Aewon and ultimately entered university in a professional music department. Other Seeds of Dreams' students with disabilities have also been able to enter university, study music and grow into competent musicians.

Chairwomen Moon Hoon Sook said, "It is so rewarding to see them communicate, find happiness and improve their lives through music. We will continue to cultivate their dreams through Seeds of Dreams concerts and will not hold back in providing these people hope as they strive to build their lives."

August 27 was the date of the opening for an Exhibition Celebrating the True Parents' Life Achievements. A ceremony of sorts took place to mark the opening and True Mother attended it. The exhibition was located along the second floor lobby and corridors of the Cheongshim Peace World Center. It remained in place until August 31.

True Mother arrived at the opening amid loud applause from two hundred spectators. In the first-floor lobby, True Mother offered a dedication prayer. "Father, please guide these members to become Japanese citizens who practice true love by living for the sake of others, indemnify everything that was not loyal to the providence, and stand in the center of the providential mainstream as you have shown us! Father, how hard have you worked until blessed children that can fulfill Heavenly Parent's wish and True Parents' wish of one peaceful world, a unified world, could be born? I am keenly aware of all the hard work, the sincere devotion and effort Heaven has made to embrace humankind.

That devotion and effort is now on exhibit here today. Following the course that True Parents have shown, please let all the members of the Unification Church become groups that will accelerate and do their best to build Cheon Il Guk…!"

It is good to see you. Ladies and gentlemen, with what mind have you come here? Did you come excited to meet True Parents? The udambara, which you saw in the video, that miraculous flower, was discovered on October 4 blooming on a tomato in the vegetable garden next to the Bonhyangwon, True Father' grave. Even now, they are still thriving. Don't you feel Heavenly Parent's love as he gives his grace to you and to all humankind?

The title of my message today is "Searching for the Root of the Universe." Would you like to live in the original homeland with True Parents? I cannot find any hope in this world, given what is happening here, externally. Many people are dying right at this moment in every part of the world due to starvation, natural disasters, religious conflict and ideology-based warfare. When you think about these things, every single person, every single family, is valuable. You must not be the only ones who enjoy these blessings.

God, who created the universe, had a purpose for creation. He had a hope. Yet what happened when human beings did not fulfill their responsibilities? This became a world in the realm of Satan's dominion, as it is today. You would not find such pain and anguish in a world under God's dominion. It would only be happy. However, the world today is not like that. The providential history of restoration through indemnity, covering six thousand years, as the Bible has it, is a sad providential history where a weary and sorrowful Heavenly Parent searched for lost human beings.

Human beings, as originally created, would fulfill their responsibilities. If you had grown in the way God hoped you would, you would be in the same position as God. The original human beings should have become the true parents of humankind. Those who leave God can only wander in Satan's realm. Nevertheless, because Heaven has a purpose for creation he cannot abandon human beings.

Hence, he began the history of restoration through indemnity search for them. We can know he is doing this through the many religions we know of. God, who has endeavored to instill good in an evil world and has hoped for human beings to live truthfully, established a religion that fit each region.

However, human beings need to come in through the gate of the providential history that the creator, God, has planned. What this means is, only Christianity spoke of the relationship of God and human beings as the relationship of a father and his children. They say "God the Father." The lineage of a parent and child needs to be one, but the Fall means that the lineage changed. Therefore, to come to God's side people need to pay indemnity.

Udambara flowers -- a legend developed to explain the absence (and supposed rarity) of the udambara flower in Buddhist mythology, the flower was said to bloom only once every 3,000 years, and thus came to symbolize events of rare occurrence.

God’s preparations

During a long period, four thousand years, God established the Israelites as the chosen people. God's hard work for the past four thousand years, since the Israelites emerged, is indescribable. God said that when the Israelites had formed a nation he would send the Messiah.

Therefore, the Messiah came. God said that the Messiah was his only begotten son. He said that though there are many fallen people in the world, this is the only son, his only begotten son, with whom God could have a relationship. The fallen people should have attended God's only begotten son. Yet, what happened? Did the Israelites, the Jews, those close to Jesus; or Mary, whom God had prepared for Jesus, fulfill their responsibilities? They did not.

Jesus had no alternative but to die on the cross. What did he say as he died? "I will come again!" What did he say he would do when he came again? He said he would hold the marriage supper of the Lamb. That meant he would marry. God's hope and humankind's hope is to meet True Parents. Only then can human beings, who have fallen into Satan's realm, be reborn, be resurrected, return to God's side. Yet they lost that opportunity.

Through history, we know how many hardships the Israelites had to go through. At the time, the Roman Empire was so powerful that it was a gateway to the world. The Israelites were also under Roman rule. If they had united and attended Jesus, they would have absorbed the Roman Empire and gone out to the world. If that had happened, the good sovereignty, the good territory, centered on God, would have been secure. Yet they lost that opportunity.

The all-knowing and all-powerful God cannot simply wait. Therefore, with resurrection over the twothousand- year history. That is the history of the Holy Spirit. What you need to be aware of is that this was the foundation to search for the only begotten daughter of God. Do you understand?

Christians today do not know this. They do not understand that God's providential history unfolded clearly and scientifically. Thus, I am going to explain to you briefly, based on humankind's historic civilizations after Jesus, what responsibility those living on the Korean Peninsula must fulfill.

The history of civilizations, speaking broadly has spread from a continent to an island nation through the peninsular culture. Therefore, it will return to a peninsula. Christianity began on the Italian Peninsula. Isn't that right? Didn't it move across the European continent and arrive in England? What did the English used to say? They confidently said, "The sun never sets on our empire!"

Beginning around the seventeenth century, many believers were able to read the Bible in English in the King James's translation. The Christian church became corrupt at that time. In the name of their institution, they tied up God and human beings. Hence, Puritan movements broke out among Christians who wanted to attend God genuinely. They moved to the continent in search of freedom of faith where they could attend God freely. They were the Pilgrim Fathers, the Puritans that went to the American continent. Therefore, the United States was in a position to lead the world as a Christian and a democratic nation.

God had prepared that foundation for the Messiah to come again. God launched the democratic sphere so that God's painful history, such as at the time of Jesus Christ, would not be repeated due to human ignorance.

Freedom of faith was the foundation on which the people could be prepared to welcome the advent of the returning Lord. On the other hand, as I mentioned before, that Christian foundation was the means to search for the only begotten daughter of God.

Why does our nation have the name, Korea? If you study our history, a brilliant part of it was the Goguryeo kingdom. The next kingdom to be established was Goryeo, the name of which is based on Goguryeo. The Joseon Dynasty, under the Lee tribe, took its name from Gojoseon. Accordingly, this shows that Korean history had times of brilliant civilizations. Isn't that right? You have much to study. However, sadly, Korean history as it is taught today has been distorted and omitted because of worries over whether China or Japan would complain.

God's providence includes a search for the only begotten daughter of God. Would God, who brought forth his only begotten son through the Israelites' four-thousand-year history, not prepare his only begotten daughter? Before Jesus was born, the Dongye race (800-400 BC) . Do you know the Dongye race? The Dongye race is a bit different from the Chinese. The Korean kingdom of the Han tribe came from them. It was a brilliant kingdom. The Book of Odes mentions that that dynasty fell to the Wiman, and then crossed the sea. This means that it spread to the Korean Peninsula and Japan.

But this is not what is important. Could Heaven give birth to the True Parents, who would be the last Messiah, the Second Coming of the Lord, in any sloppy nation? Wouldn't God have searched for such a people or nation that would have pride as a confident cultural people inside of Satan's realm? In conclusion, Korea produced the Second Coming of Christ and the only begotten daughter of God.

Only we know

All religions should go to the place where they attend our Heavenly Parent, who is the root as their own parents. Out of all the religions in the world only the Family Federation for World Peace, the Unification Church does this. I spoke about the history of humankind's civilizations, but even England did not fulfill its responsibility. Therefore, the Christian cultural sphere had to cross over to the American continent and find Asia. Christians would have to come to Asia, cross Japan and come to the Korean Peninsula and settle in Korea. Thus, I often tell you that you need to know how important our responsibility is.

True Parents have completed God's amazing providential history, the six thousand-year work of restoration through indemnity. True Parents have opened a new era. That is Cheon Il Guk. Right? However, while True Parents are alive, the center that humankind and Heavenly Parent have yearned for has been revealed. Seven billion people do not know True Parents. Isn't this your responsibility? Do you agree or not?

The world's population was three billion in the 1960s. Just fifty years later, it has reached seven billion. Because they have a conscience, those people have also put a lot of effort into searching for God and trying to be good and kind. Yet, the situation is not resolved because the environment is unable to improve within Satan's realm. Only through True Parents can everyone unite. Our people have experienced this through the Korean War. However, they do not even understand. Even now, they do not know that God's providence is unfolding or what our future will be like. This is very sad. Neither politicians nor people of the religious world know. Only we know.

What should we do? You must shout to let them know. You must let the world know of True Parents' manifestation. You need to save the lives of those pitiable people who are dying forlornly. Don't you agree? If they live and die without knowing True Parents, they will have difficulties even in the next world, and they will leave the indemnity to their descendants. Hence, what should those who know do? All of you need to invest everything you have.

Live with True Parents

It is quite interesting. Korea is a nation that God had to choose; he had no alternative. There are many difficulties externally and politically. Yet you need to help these people become aware of the center. If you look at the location of Chung Pyung on a map and compare it to a human body, its position is that of the womb. Isn't that interesting? The womb is where the conception of new life takes place.

Chung Pyung is a place that can make fallen human beings, wild olive trees, into true olive trees. All the people of the world should rush to come here. Therefore, we need to save lives, renew them. People need to know that True Parents will accomplish the providence, not some other individuals.

Therefore, where is our eternal homeland? Isn't it our dream to be where True Parents are and to live with them? That is why God and True Father have shown us a substantial, genuine udambara flower, which they say only blooms after three thousand years. Only we know the truth. Only we are aware of God's providence.

Thus, we need to bring it to light. We need to proclaim it. By any means possible, we need to make it so that there is no one that can say they did not know True Parents. If you do that, you no one will complain about you later. You should not be criticized through questions like, "If you knew, why didn't you teach me?" Hence, what do you need to work hard at?

You need to complete your responsibilities as tribal messiahs and restore your nations. The president and other politicians are not the owners of this nation. Who is? True Parents! You must understand that only when this nation becomes God's fatherland, a nation that attends our Heavenly Parent, will it avoid the enormous indemnity like that which the Israelites in olden times had to pay. Do you understand the title of this message now? Are you going to do it? If you are, please all rise. Let us sing "Song of Unity" together.

Become People Who Will Succeed

I am happy because I could hear your forty-day workshop report and see your natural, cheerful, young faces today. God had an ideal, a dream, a dream that he has waited to see realized ever since the time of the Creation; this dream could not become reality without me. Thus, I received God's summons.

How difficult has it been that it took four thousand years to establish a standard for an individual, a family and a nation that God could relate to in the fallen human world?

What happened, when after four thousand years, God sent the Messiah? As has happened so often, human beings committed an unforgivable sin that caused pain, anguish and suffering to God. However, Jesus said that he would come again as he died on the cross. What did he say he was going to do when he returns? He said that he would hold the marriage supper of the Lamb. This refers to the two-thousand-year providential history of Christianity after Jesus Christ, in search of the only begotten daughter of God.

When I was sixteen years old, I received God's summons and immediately made a decision. If I did not do it, this wearisome providential history of restoration through indemnity, which was full of resentment, could not end. Thus, I resolved to succeed without fail. That was 1960, the year of True Parents' Holy Wedding.

You learned this in your lectures. Isn't that right? You probably heard about True Mother's seven-year course in the Principle. This seven-year course was my path to prepare a foundation of victory, by which the six-thousand-year providential history that Eve had lost could be restored through indemnity. If I had been unable to complete this, God's Day could not have been established. Do you understand? True Mother's victory is God's victory. No one can replace True Mother's history. Therefore, I took initiative and set an example of fulfilling what I had to do providentially.

Foundation Day was on the 13th [2.13 in 2013 by the heavenly calendar]. You know this. We have God's Day. Why did we establish Foundation Day on the 13th? Thirteen is an important number. Searching for the lost number, thirteen is part of True Parents' providential history. Because of this, I bore fourteen children, which is one more that thirteen, in one lineage, with my own body.

In the ages of history, especially in Old Testament providential history, many numbers appear. As the True Mother, I united this. I made them one. This is also one of Mother's great achievements. Please understand this. I was your age, twenty-four, when God's Day was proclaimed.

Two people have come up here today and expressed their determination, but I hope that all of you become True Parents' children who can say, I will succeed without fail!

From that point of view, you are blessed people, chosen people, and happy people. Those who have everything should share. In that way, you will receive more blessings. This means that you need to raise many people, give life to them and encourage them to be like you. Moreover, whatever mission you are given, you can become those who fulfill their tribal messiah responsibility to bless more than 430 families and take the lead in restoring your nation!

Please be aware that in the place where you take action with determination and with True Parents at the center, in this blessed time, miraculous and amazing providential deeds can happen. Though I had Father, I fought alone because I had my own responsibility to fulfill. However, you have many brothers and sisters-120 of you! This is your allied army. Take care to remember that when you unite and go forward with one goal, you have nothing to be afraid of, nothing is beyond your capacity and nothing guarantees that you cannot succeed! You probably have many questions for me, but I believe I have answered everything. You have achieved the Four Position Foundation centered on True Parents.

Among the True Children, Hyo Jin nim and Heung Jin nim are sons who have completed their duty as true filial sons and loyal subjects in front of you, in front of humankind and in front of True Parents. They are your elder brothers.

If you live on the front lines with a heart that we are always with you, we will become a wellspring that can work with you and give you strength spiritually and physically. Thus, attend True Parents every day and we will accomplish one world centered on Heavenly Parent without fail. One world is heaven on earth. Heaven on earth is the completion of Cheon Il Guk. Please become great Asia Top Guns who will bring this day quickly. Think of this with pride, fill yourselves with courage one-hundredfold and be victorious!

Okay then, please take a seat. I feel good to see such young and innocent people like you. As the translating is being done 1 or 2 minutes later, your response is not prompt! (Mother laughing) I am happy to receive the reports of the 40-day workshop and to witness your sincere and brilliant performances. There was an ideal from heaven that I needed to follow after responding to heaven's call. The ideal was the one which Heaven had awaited since the creation of heaven and earth. However as Adam and Eve had fell and failed in fulfilling their responsibility, Heaven had to undergo the enormous paths of agony.

But God is omniscient and omnipotent, that's why He could not leave any "Failure" in the history of providence before heaven. Therefore Heaven had suffered in order to conclude this Providence, thus inevitably enduring with lots of pain. This so called, 6000 years of restoration of indemnity that the Bible says and what we have already learned.

The restoration of indemnity was so much difficult to be established that it took four thousand years in order to set up a proper standard of an individual, family and a nation which Heaven can relate with… Can you imagine those four thousand years!

Then after the four thousand years, what happened to the Messiah? Human beings again committed unforgivable sin to heaven causing big pain and agony. Jesus who had come two thousand years ago passed away leaving a message that he would come again. So what would he do after he comes back? He said that he would hold a feast for the little lambs. In other words, the two thousand years of Christian history after Jesus is to seek for the only begotten daughter. Do you understand? -- Yes

At my age of 16, I had to make up my mind after receiving Heaven's calling. Who else can end this tedious and sorrowful history of restoration of indemnity except me? Therefore, I strongly made a resolution that I will succeed without fail at that time. It was the time when the Holy Blessing was taking place as you already had learned through some lectures, haven't you? -- Yes.

And I believe that you might have heard of the "7-year formula course of True Mother" during the Divine Principle lectures, didn't you? -- Yes.

The 7- year course was the way of True Mother that she herself had to establish a victorious foundation after restoring the 6 thousand years of history of indemnity that Eve had lost in the old days. If Mother were not able to make this happen, the declaration of God's Day would have not been possible. Do you understand? -- Yes. The victory of Mother was the victory of God". No one else could replace the history of True Mother. This is why I, myself have been taking a lead in the providential works that I had to do.

When you are reminded of 'Foundation Day', you think of the number '13'. Why the day of God's not January 1 but January 13? Why is that so? Because the number '13' is very important. The Bible says that "A morning comes after a night…" about God's creation. All history of providence of Heaven is to set up numbers. Heaven's history of providence is to face the day "13" which is beyond the creation of 12-day. Then what is the day "13"? The number of 13 is regarded as a number of "Rest" which is beyond the number 12, which is the number of creation.

This is why this number 13 is so much important and the history of providence of True Parents is to set up the lost number of '13'. Do you understand? -- Yes.

Therefore, I, myself with my own body gave birth to 14 children who have the same blood lineage, which is more than 13. Especially in the Old Testament era, there are many things related to numbers. As True Mother, I could accomplish the restoration of indemnity and unify everything through myself. I made it into one. This should also be regarded as a great work of True Mother. Do you understand? -- Yes.

So, when I had completed the 7-year course and God's Day was declared, I was 24 years old which is the same age as you after the Holy Blessing.

Now, I have listened to testimonies from two representatives of you who made strong resolution. And I do hope that each one of you will say "I will succeed without fail!" as a child before our True Parents. -- AJU (applause). In this way, you are all blessed, chosen and are happy people. As much as we owned everything, we must share it to others. This is the way you can receive more blessings. In other words, you yourselves need to raise up and give birth to many people.

Furthermore, it means you should be able to accomplish the mission as a Heavenly Tribal Messiah of more than 430 couples and as well as to take the lead in the mission of restoration of a nation no matter what kind of responsibility you may be given. AJU! (Applause).

Please keep in your mind that it is such a blessed time for you to experience lots of miracles in which you reach out and move forward with a strong resolution centering on True Parents. -- Yes. (Applause)

I have been fighting alone to accomplish my own responsibilities even though I was only with True Father. But you have many brothers and sisters here. They are 120. They are your friendly army force. So please keep in your mind that if you become one and go forward with the same goal there is nothing to be afraid of, nothing impossible and guarantee there is no failure. (Applause)

You might have had lots of questions, but I believe I already gave you all the answers. -- Yes.

The four-position foundation centering on True Parents has already been accomplished. This is why Brothers Hyo Jin and Heung Jin among True Children are the ones who had fulfilled their responsibilities as filial sons and as loyal retainers before True Parents and humanity and every one of you.

They are your elder brothers. You live your daily lives all the times as if they are staying with you, then you are to own both your physical body and spiritual power to the source and moving forward. That's why you must accomplish one world centering on Heavenly Parent by attending True Parents in your daily lives.

That one world is heaven on earth. The heaven on earth is the completion of Cheon Il Guk. I hope that you could become proud of being a great Asian Top Gun and succeed without fail with all your courage so that you can advance the Day of the completion of Cheon Il Guk! (applause, cheers)

True Parents' Providence is to Find a Nation

Regarding the third anniversary of True Father's ascension, you may think that because you repented to Father for your shortcomings and for not having done better that you finished the anniversary event successfully inside and out. Isn't that right? However, that is not the end.

God's providence, which is working to save the fallen world has purpose. That is, establishing a nation. The standard of a nation! However, even though you know this from listening to True Parents, you did not fulfill your responsibilities before Father ascended. Within the six thousand years of God's providential history is a history of Heavenly Parent's grief and pain as he personally tended to the providence for four thousand years. From awakening individuals and families to separating them from the fallen world, he cultivated people until his providence reached the standard of a nation.

At the time when God sent his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, the Israelites should have united with Jesus, completed the national standard through which Heaven could reign, and attend Jesus as their king. Instead, the Israelites had to pay a frightening amount of indemnity for two thousand years as lonesome wanderers with no identity. Do you understand this? Therefore, through Christianity's twothousand- year providential culture, wouldn't this nation, where the Christ in his second coming, the True Parents, came, have responsibility? I wonder how much you are aware of the seriousness of this.

From now on, our providence, True Parents' providence is to search for a nation. With the world as the object, we should meet God with at least seven nations on a restored standard by 2020. Are you ready for this? Do not simply respond -- show results.

We have one goal. All our organizations should educate others about True Parents and guide them to develop into blessed families engrafted with new life through True Parents. In order to do that, we need to fulfill our responsibilities as tribal messiahs, which Father had requested us to do at his end. Many countries in Asia are developing at a surprising pace. How is Korea doing?

How many students are there at Sun Moon University? How many members are there among those ten thousand people? How are you going to tell students who are not members about True Parents before they graduate? You must work hard and bring results. The results are important.

"Going to Sunmoon University is an honor to one's family. It is an honor to the student. I was able to newly discover myself and learn the purpose for living big by going there. It is a most prestigious school." You should speak proudly in this way. Do you understand?

Next, how many members are working at the Il Hwa Corporation? You should speak to your employees and have them do a forty-day sanctification. Those who pass the forty-day sanctification should do the Three-day Ceremony. Only then will miracles happen. They will know that they have been born anew.

The work Regional President Yong is doing in Asia is exactly that. During the Three-Day Ceremony, you can see True Parents, one hundred percent. In this way, all the employees should be educated by reading from the Holy Scriptures of Cheon Il Guk.

The same holds true for other organizations, as it does for educating UPF Ambassadors for Peace. If they cannot pass this, they cannot come in True Parents' presence. They need go through engrafting. The world needs salvation, revival. Doesn't it? With what can we do this? It is not possible with just the word. We need to practice the word. Human beings, a true family, perfected spiritually and physically. What will happen if the people of the world come to know about this in detail? Even if we are in a situation where we cannot receive anymore, they will try to break through and come anyways.

Ladies and gentlemen, even the organizations should fulfill the responsibility of tribal messiahs to bless more than 430 couples by 2020. It should be made so that the hearts of the people, the citizens, follow. Isn't that true?

What do we have to be afraid of now? Be confident. Why can't you be proud? UPF, from now on you need to have them actually come to church. Those people need to receive education. You need to help them know that church is a place worthy of appreciation where their families have be saved. It does not matter how much worldly fame someone has; that is temporary. However, within True Parents' ideology, whatever results one had and what responsibilities one fulfilled, those are eternal. Those who have them can become true owners, become pioneers. That is the path to becoming filial children and loyal subjects of our Heavenly Parent.

We must focus all our attention on that. The church needs to grow in order to restore the nation. The growth of the church means that we need more families that are blessed. By doing this, ours can become a good nation, God's homeland. You must teach others about True Parents while awake or asleep. Only on that path can you, your family, your nation and the world live. Thus, we will hold an event lauding the birth of True Parents during the next Foundation Day. It should be prepared as an exceptional event that can show how extensively True Parents are present in each nation or region all over the world. Therefore, you must let them know about of True Parents.
