At 11 in the morning on January 4, (Feb. 11) in the fourth year of Cheon Il Guk by heavenly calendar, offering ceremony for Heaven G Burger took place in the presence of True Parents.

The offering ceremony, which was officiated by the CEO Hanlym Heaven G Burger, commenced first with a signboard-uncovering ceremony. True Parents, Sun Jin Nim, and Yeon Ah Nim uncovered the signboard, the size, color, and design for which were personally chosen by True Parents, and it followed by a flower presentation, then tape-cutting ceremony.

In her prayer, True Mother said, "Beloved Heavenly Parent, True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind! This place is transforming into the holy ground upon which you can unfold your dream in the future. This place that we are offering to you today is situated at the center of this holy ground, like the yolk of an egg. People yearning to see you will flock to this place. They will learn about your life and unite with you, ultimately contributing to this place's transformation into the Heaven on Earth. As we offer this venue to you, please allow your blessing upon in so that it may become a place where people can come and foster dreams that are full of hope and happiness. Please remember those who worked hard to raise this place. Please watch over the series of events that are about to unfold. May all the glory be to you. May you take great joys in watching the events. At this hour, we offer this place to Heaven in the name of True Parents."

Afterward, True Parents took a short tour of the mobile food trailers before she stepped inside of Heaven G Burger. True Mother placed Yeon Ah Nim and the President of FFWPU, Kyeong Seuk Lu on her right side, and placed Sun Jin Nim and Hoon Sook Nim on her left side as she sprinkled holy salt over the place for sanctification. It was then followed by a cake-cutting and then a report.

The report was succeeded by a congratulatory remark by the International President Sun Jin Moon. Here, she said "Heaven G Burger has been made for the blessed families who are hard at work to fulfill their mission as Heavenly Tribal Messiahs. Please inherit the unfathomable heart of True Parents through nutritious foods."

"Honored Guests. Respected elders. Beloved brothers and sisters. It is my great pleasure to be here with you today for the opening of Heaven G. Burger restaurant.

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our True Parents, for their amazing true love, care, and grace. I want to especially acknowledge our True Mother for her leadership and guidance, and for initiating and completing this Heaven G. Burger project. Some may ask “why hamburgers?”

When True Parents embarked on their first trip to the USA in 1960’s, there was one food in particular that they fell in love with: hamburgers, from the USA.

True Father, in his autobiography, in the chapter entitled “everything we have is borrowed from heaven”, said the following:

The meal I enjoy the most in America is McDonald’s. Some people call it junk food and don’t eat it, but I like eating at McDonald’s for two reasons. It’s cheap and it saves time…. The message I give members every year is spend money carefully and conserve on everything… I want them to have the consciousness of conserving in order to help the country and save humanity.

Combining delicious and hearty beef, nutritious vegetables, and delicious bread, the hamburger is an entire meal packed into a simple, easy-to-eat package.

For True Father, who was always on the go, the hamburger was the perfect 5-minute meal. It could be consumed in the car as they traveled from city to city. It could also be consumed anywhere, or at any time, requiring no plate or utensils, just a napkin.

It was also his favorite meal to serve to leaders in the USA during their meetings.

True Mother has fond memories of those times. So, with “Heaven G. Burger,” True Mother is sharing some very heartfelt memories from the early days of our movement, especially pioneering days in America.

True Father writes about the ‘incomparable inner beauty of TM heart’ in his autobiography. He writes, My wife has such a tremendous heart of love and care that she even gave a special ring I bought her to someone in need. When she sees someone in need of clothes, she buys them clothes or gives them some of ours. When she comes across someone hungry, she buys the person a meal.

Father writes about his own family home in his chapter ‘food is love,’ where it states:

I too have spent my life feeding people. To me giving people food is the most precious work…I gave them food, and they shared their love with me. The deep friendship and warmth they showed me back then continued to be a source of strength for me today. As I go around the world and witness children suffering from hunger. I am always reminded of how my grandfather never missed a chance to share food with others.

With this same sincerity, love and nurturing heart, True Mother has guided the entire process from choosing the special (secret) recipe, to giving it the name “Heaven G. Burger.”

At this critical time, with just 4 years to go until Vision 2020, True Mother has given us this Heaven G. Burger. At the time of the Celebration Luncheon, True Mother said that Heaven G. Burger was for families working hard for the sake of the accomplishment of their Tribal Messiah responsibilities.

As we enjoy this nourishing food that strengthens our bodies, we can experience the deep parental love of our True Parents.

Let us inherit this same heart of our True Parents, so that we share not only physical food but also true spiritual food with all the people of the world!

Starting with True Parent’s Birthday celebration tomorrow, and until the Foundation Day Celebration, 10s of thousands of members will come from around the world to this holy place of Cheong Pyeong.

I hope all members will have a chance to receive True Father’s and True Mother’s love through Heaven G. Burger and feel the unconditional love, nourishing care; infinite hope, and glorious strength to bring the world’s children back to our Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

Her speech was then followed by a toast for victory. The International President toasted, "Thank you True Parents. I will toast for your eternal happiness and health." Her toast was followed by a video depicting the past progress of Heaven G Burger, and then by a luncheon. A performance team and Apple Heaven Team presented to the audience delighted the audience with their talents. The offering ceremony was brought to a conclusion with the chairperson of Mission Foundation, Seog Byung Kim leading three cheers of Eog Mansei.

The name, Heaven G Burger, was given by True Parents in hopes that all members and humankind may come here and experience the love of True Parents. Its recipe was also given by True Parents. The initial 'G' means gung, or palace. The construction began on December 12, 2015 with the re-modeling of Water Story building which previously served as a water-purification facility. Two-story deep and two-story high, Heaven G Burger and Kona Queen's Bar will operate on the first floor, VIP meeting room, a gallery, and a multi-purpose hall on the second, and a terrace and a photo section are situated on the third floor with the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum as their backdrop.

How is it?

After hearing reports from each organization -- the Korean headquarters, the Japanese headquarters, UPF, the Women’s Federation, Ilhwa, and Yongpyong Resort -- and each of your resolve to advance without stopping with hope toward 2020, I feel happy.

Through the Bible, we know that the Israelites overcame many difficulties. Their hope was to go to the land of Canaan that heaven had blessed. In order to manifest this dream, they endured harsh adversity with single-minded devotion. You know this, right? In the end, they entered Canaan led by Joshua and Caleb. Yet did they set down roots in Canaan? In the end, they could not establish a center. Yet heaven still gave another chance to the Israelites by sending God’s only begotten son, Jesus Christ. However, they did not fulfil their responsibility, did they? What do the Israelites look like to us today? This is not just a fact in history. It is a problem, and we have to think about seriously.

True Parents have ended the providential history of restoration through indemnity and begun the new era of Cheon Il Guk, but have we settled? Our path is securely restoring the nations and God’s sovereignty. If we do not take responsibility within this age, the history of indemnity that the Israelites had to go through on behalf of the world will happen to us. This means that we can no longer receive forgiveness.

True Parents have personally nurtured and educated you. We prepared everything so that you can be responsible as blessed families and as leaders. You are different from the Israelites of the past.

This means that you are in the center of providential history. You are in such a glorious position, an honored position that is impossible to express. Yet, with that, responsibility follows.

The [Korean] national leader and the president of FFWPU Japan said this already, but True Parents are the True Parents of 7.3 billion people. The 7.3 billion people need to become True Parents’ children and True Parents’ citizens. God’s wish, our Heavenly Parents’ wish, True Parents’ wish is one human family. In order to achieve this, your resolve and attitude must be clear. Earlier two companies explained the growth process of their organizations, but it is the same for the rest of you too.

Every single day you must develop your status, your achievements and results. Nowadays, in reality, the world is going through a hard time due to temperature warming issues. One very famous scholar said that the fate, the future of this earth is only fifty years. If we keep going in this state -- we have already lost a year, so within forty-nine years -- this means there is no hope for the earth. There is no solution to these issues. True Parents are the only way to solve it. Racial problems, religious problems, border problems, who will solve them? Will the UN solve them? They have worked hard up until now, but they cannot. Everyone sings, peace, peace, peace, but on one else knows the way. They do not know how. There is no hope besides us.

It’s a bit late, but True Parents’ birthday needs to be known to the whole world quickly. That is the hope of humanity. So I wrote a song.

Therefore, “Happy Birthday to You,” the secular birthday song will be changed to sing praise, sing glory. Let us try harder toward the day when all people give thanks and live with hope as they look forward to celebrating True Parents’ birthday.

True Mother's Meeting with Three-Hundred Korean Church Leaders and Wives

Special Cheon Il Guk Leaders Meeting for the sake of "Heavenly Korea" Hosted by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

Today, Friday December 15, some 300 church leaders and officials from around Korea gathered with their wives at Cheon Jeong Gung at True Mother's invitation. The main program began with Hoon Dok Hae, read by Wonju McDevitt. Following this, two presentations brought the church leaders up to date with international issues related with our movement.

Mr. Sung-il Cho, now doing a special public relations mission based in Japan, began with a very clear explanation of the declarations Father had made – many during the final years of his life – that clarified that Father and Mother were one in front of God, and had fulfilled the True Parents' final responsibilities in front of Heaven. He explained that those who deny Mother's victory with True Father are misunderstanding both what True Parents' accomplished, including giving the Blessing to save many people, but also what Father himself had achieved and clearly declared. Mr. Cho re-emphasized the work and sincere conditions True Parents (True Mother on earth) have been carrying out in order to fulfill the earthly providence.

Dr. Young-ho Yoon, Secretary-general of the International Headquarters then took the podium and took time to explain to the assembled church leaders the scope and breadth of the providence developing around the world under True Parents' leadership. He included mention of the founding of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace, the development of other initiatives such as the revival of ICUS. Dr. Yoon paid special attention to the interfaith work that brings religious leaders together around family values, and how that work has been bearing fruit in particular in Africa in recent months. He spoke about the preparations currently underway for the summit meeting in Senegal next month.

After a short break, True Mother entered the hall and spoke for almost 40 minutes. In her speech, Mother mentioned the Japanese church's dedicated effort that resulted in two successful rallies, bringing ten thousand people together, both in regions where the church membership was a much lower number. She wanted to know whether leaders in Korea were also confident to also hold such rallies. Mother expressed that God had discovered and chosen the Korean race, and that the Korean people have gone through serious trials. "Heaven blessed this nation," she said. "True Parents were born here and through the new lineage many blessed families were created." Even so, she continued, despite the efforts of many who went out, including national messiahs, we have not yet been able to establish the heavenly environment.

Mother indicated that the structure of the Korean church could be improved, and that leaders needed to be confident to be able to restore the nation, even by 2020. Mother expressed concern for the world's enormous population of 7.5 billion souls, and the burden that we could face if we cannot reach out to them and accomplish our responsibility. While emphasizing the centrality of the church leadership position, and that we must go forward in the spirit and the truth, Mother emphasized the importance of Chung Pyung and the course to bless our ancestors. Mother asked the leaders to gather their determination, emphasizing that leaders must not lead simply with words but must invest their whole life.

Mother then made some significant changes to the structure and leadership of the Family Federation in Korea.

After Mother's speech, the leaders moved to a separate room for lunch. There, six among the newly assigned leaders came out to the front one by one with their wives; each gave a short speech expressing his determination and then sang together with his wife. The program concluded with entertainment (featuring, most notably, the finely harmonized voices of Apple Heaven) and with Korea CARP leader Moon Sang-pil leading everyone in three cheers of Eok-Mansei.
