Altars for Sun Myung Moon throughout the World Link Brothers and Sisters Together in Love for True Father and Support for True Mother

Reading the worldwide news coverage of Father’s ascension, one could mistakenly think that it is only at the lofty venues of True Father’s Seonghwa Ceremony in Korea—the Cheongshim Peace World Center and the Cheon Jeong Peace Palace—that people are coming to pay their respects to True Father.

But the reality is so different. Around the world are tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of members and associates who, for many different reasons, cannot make the journey to Korea. Hundreds of altars are being set up in the national headquarters and other regional churches for members to pray and honor True Father, his life and legacy.

Here you can see some of the beautiful altars that have been created round the world. Some are in larger Unificationist communities and some have been lovingly erected where there are just a few families, and the church operating in challenging circumstances. These altars are all linked together as a global expression of love for True Father, and support for True Mother and the True Family.
