In Jin Nim and Kook Jin Nim came to Fukuoka City yesterday, Sunday and last week respectively. I wasn't able to attend Kook Jin Nim's speech but Yoshiura san, our translator said he spoke about the necessity for the Abel countries Japan, South Korea and the US to be strong militarily, to thwart the Cain type nations' possible offensive.
I think basically the contents are similar to the most recent speeches given by Kook Jin Nim at Leaders' conferences or at speaking tours in Korea and other countries.
In Jin Nim meanwhile brought a motherly spirit. She spoke at our local Sunday Service yesterday, June 10. She spoke before 12 noon and finished at about 1 PM. Fortunately she spoke in English but of course with the Japanese translation in a louder mode (I was at the monitor room).
She said that a Mother's (referring to Japan's role as a Mother nation) primary role is to raise great kids.
Financially yes the mother controls the family's purse strings (thus Japan's financial responsibility in the providence) but most importantly her role is to raise great children (referring to the world's children).
I like the True Children because they have long term and short term vision, just like True Parents. The things we haven't thought about so much, they've thought of.
She said,
"What will happen 20, 30 years from now.
We need to look at our future 20-30 years from now.
The future Einstein, future Martin Luther King,
Olympic medalists-- our church will be that kind of church.
The quality of our life needs to be the best..."
She said America is famous for "fast" things --McDonalds which introduced fast food; fast lifestyle, etc. Fast whatever isn't necessarily the best though, she continued.
In contrast, True Parents are teaching us things which take time to develop like true love.
There's a concert in the afternoon at Munakata Yuriks at the outskirts of the city featuring In Jin Nim and other performers. Sorry I wasn't able to attend, thus I can't report.
