Sit down. I feel relieved after hearing you recite your oaths filled with such determination. If what I will say today had a topic it would be "Heaven's providence seen through the history of human civilization and our responsibility today".

God created the heavens, earth, and all things. He then created Adam and Eve and said that it was good. Especially through Adam and Eve, God had a dream. However, the result was that through the Fall, God's dream could not be accomplished. The omniscient and omnipotent God must be consistent from beginning to end. There can be no such thing as failure. Yet, in accordance with the principle of creation, God had hoped to unite with humankind and accomplish his will. Due to that principle, God had no choice but to become a lonely God and go through a miserable course of waiting, filled with sorrow—the history of the providence of restoration through indemnity.

From among those in the fallen world, God chose a people who (relatively speaking) were closest to God—the Israelites. It took four thousand years, beginning from the individual, through the family and the tribe, to create, finally, a foundation for a people. In the case of America, it took more than two hundred years to establish a nation. In contrast, how difficult must the providence of restoration through indemnity have been that it took the long period of four thousand years to establish the Israelites? In that process, through Mary, God sent Jesus Christ whom he could call “my son.” My son! At that time, many people were in the satanic world, but only one son! There must have been a purpose for sending his son. Mary and others surrounding him should have created an environment for Jesus. At that moment, your dreams will be achieved."

I am asking this of you. You are the central leaders of the unification movement. Isn't that so? You must unite with True Parents 100 percent...120 percent! On that basis, no obstacles will arise in the places you go and on the paths you take. Do you understand what I am saying? Internally and externally, we need to clean up many things. Over the next three years, let us keep our heads straight. We must bear in mind that national restoration is the path of saving this people and the world. Do you understand?

In the world today, even a powerful nation cannot survive alone. China says it is a great nation and that they are trying to do well but all the results are destructive. Greed is creating anger. Because True Parents were born and True Parents' providence progressed, none of the nations around the world that say they should live well on their own will prosper in the end. Only those nations that think, "We must live well together" will remain. Do you understand? In light of that, what resolutions do you have to make?

In the world today, even a powerful nation cannot survive alone. China says it is a great nation and that they are trying to do well but all the results are destructive. Greed is creating anger. Because True Parents were born and True Parents' providence progressed, none of the nations around the world that say they should live well on their own will prosper in the end. Only those nations that think, "We must live well together" will remain. Do you understand? In light of that, what resolutions do you have to make?

I will make a Cheon Il Guk genealogy center here at this training center. Cheon Il Guk! I hope that you can become proud people who can be entered in [the records]. Will you work hard to do that? Distinguished It’s nice to see you. Do you understand the providence? I was reflecting on what I should speak to you about. At this time, we can say the nation that once headed the Soviet Union is a powerful nation. However when the Industrial Revolution took place in Europe, and the United States was established, Russia was a developing country. The last Czar of Russia learned much from Europe, disguising himself as an ordinary citizen in order to learn about the culture spawned by the industrial revolution. He investigated through his experiences at the lowest level of society and took what he learned back to his own nation. That was the starting point for Russia to become a powerful nation. However, Russia, which had been in the Christian sphere, proclaimed that "God is dead" and become a nation ruled by communism.

You cannot realize on your own what you must learn from history and think about history. Christianity today includes many contradictions. There is no truth. They are unaware of Heaven’s providence and of the principle of creation. In sum, they do not know God. However today, aren’t we the ones who say we will realize God’s dream and realize humankind’s wish through True Parents? Are we not? [Yes, we are.] Then how much further have we advanced?

This year marks one hundred years since the revolution that Lenin led. However, when did True Father’s influence lead to the statues of Lenin coming down? True Father supported the policy of openness that Gorbachev implemented. At that time, Father sent three thousand English-speaking Russian students to workshops in America. Father said, "You cannot accomplish a world of peace with what you know—Communism. Look at democracy. Freedom and peace will change the way you think, and once you live a life of love and live for the sake of others, the world you hope for will come." He then sent them back to Russia. Those students were an immense help in supporting the policy of openness.

However, a bit of that old thinking remained. One hundred years have passed, but there is nothing to be proud of. The dream that Heaven hopes for and all humankind wishes for is one human family. Counter to this, powerful nations— what used to be the Soviet Union and China— are obstacles to creating one world. We must teach them. The path to teaching them is the only one we can take. It is the same for religions. We must meet at one point. That point is where we attend God. God, our Creator, is our Heavenly Parent! Human beings must live lives united with the wish, the dream that Heavenly Parent hopes to see come true. Nevertheless, many walls exist in the world today—walls between ideologies, walls between religions, walls between races, and the walls of national frontiers! These walls arose due to selfish greed. People cannot look beyond themselves. They do not know God. This is a problem that can be solved if you know God, but they do not understand that. On the other hand, do you know God? [Yes!] How must you act as people who are aware of this? The three thousand people whom we taught went back to Russia and were among the students who fought against the tank corps and protected their nation.

Why am I saying this? You have an important responsibility. We must become a nation that attends God. We must become a nation that receives God’s blessings. That means that this nation, all its citizens, must attend True Parents. Is there anyone who hates light on a dark night? You must become the light. As the light, you must create that environment. In the schools you attend, you must first think "I will change the school," and then carry out sincere devotions and make effort.

Are any students from Sun Moon University here? You must envelope the entire campus. Do you have confidence to do that? Wouldn’t it be nice if all university students across the nation became CARP members who followed you? That is why you must become someone who shines a light— not only in this nation, or only in Asia, but throughout the world. Now Christians cannot obstruct you when you introduce True Parents and give your opinions. They have the simple logic of “Just believe and you will go to heaven.” However, what did I say you must do to enter heaven? It is a place where families blessed by True Parents enter. What, then, is there for you to fear? Tell them with confidence. I can guarantee that you will go to heaven! However you must listen to what I say! Receive the blessing! Learn about True Parents!" That is what you must do.

I told you earlier it has been 100 years since the Bolshevik Revolution. Only three years remain until 2020. As I watched your enthusiastic performance, I began to think of 1960. At that time, I was seventeen! I was younger than any of you are. However, because I knew that Heaven had a big dream for me, I said that during my lifetime I would become the only daughter of God, a True Parent, the True Parents whom humankind had hoped for and waited for and achieve Heavenly Parent's dream. I have lived with this unchanging heart for fifty-seven years.

When the three years until 2020. during which we have to fulfill our responsibilities in front of Heaven. have passed, I will have been on this path of embracing Heaven's will with single-hearted devotion for sixty years.

At that time, [1960] the foundation for True Parents was very weak. There were only a few members. This moment that you are at today is on a level that has passed the national foundation and has become the global foundation. If you compare the goal that you have decided to develop toward to when I began in 1960, you today are looking at a global foundation.

When darkness fell

In the beginning, the Creator, God, formed the universe and lastly created Adam and Eve, who would have become the first [good] human ancestors. God gave Adam and Eve responsibilities. In their growth period, they should have absolutely become one

with God and have grown healthily and beautifully, to be in the position, ultimately, to receive God's blessing. But they began to greedily look toward themselves, this was the Fall.

The Creation followed the principle of circulation, in which creation can continue eternally. Due to this, God had no choice but to abandon fallen Adam and Eve. Nevertheless, in line with God's purpose for creating, God could not create someone else to become the first ancestor of humankind. Humanity's fall resulted in the difficult path of indemnity.

God had no choice but to begin the lonely and difficult path of restoration through indemnity. How difficult it must have been that it took four thousand years to choose the Israelites and begin fulfilling restoration through indemnity! Because lost human beings must become the center, Heaven had to go through the difficult course of restoration through indemnity. The southern territory, which gave birth to a democratic nation, we called Korea. The Republic of Korea!

Looking back, Heaven chose and raised the Han royal family and the Han Empire. Hence, the conclusion is that it became Korea. Just by looking at this, you can see that human power did not do it; Heaven's providence did. Therefore, in 1960, many miraculous things occurred. Many people had revelations saying the mother of the universe, the one who will come as the True Parent will have the Han family name.
