Ladies and gentlemen, religious, political, and academic leaders, Ambassadors of Peace, Christ-loving citizens, and members of the Family Federation, welcome!
People in the past and those living today have always pursued a peaceful world with no war or conflict. However, many walls exist all over the world that we must overcome: walls between religion, race, ideologies and culture. As a result, we cannot solve these issues on our own. Then what should we do? We need to begin a movement to attend our original Creator, God, the Heavenly Parent. Therefore, today I intend to speak about the history of the two-thousand-year human civilization and America’s mission from the perspective of Heaven’s providence.
At the beginning, God the Creator had a dream. That is why He created all things in resemblance to His form. He began with the creation of the worlds of minerals, plants, and animals, and finally a man and a woman who would become the dawn of humankind. God also create a period of growth for them. Human beings have a responsibility to grow in absolute oneness with God. Yet that did not happen. Therefore, a fallen human race was born which had no relation to God. For the omniscient and omnipotent God, the beginning and end must be the same. There can be no failure. Thus, God began the providence of salvation. He must restore the principle of creation, which He had originally established.
Therefore, we know from the Bible that God could only send Jesus Christ, someone He could call His son, after establishing the Israelites and paying all indemnity throughout the long period of four thousand years. Yet Mary, who gave birth to Jesus, and other central figures did not fully understand God’s will. They did not know the essence of why Jesus had to be born. They waited and searched but were limited to humanistic thoughts and failed to create an environment in which Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, could fulfill his responsibility. Thus, with everything lost, Jesus had no choice but to walk the path of the cross. As he lay on the cross, the only people he had was the thief on his right and another thief on his left. How agonizing must this have been for Heaven to see?
Jesus Christ was supposed to become the true parent of humankind, so what happened to the people who hung him on the cross? They stood in a position that required them to pay indemnity in the face of history. As Jesus died on the cross he said, “I will come again.” He said he would return and host the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. God does not give responsibility again to those who failed to complete their responsibly. Therefore, Heaven must choose a nation that can give birth to His only begotten Daughter as a bride for the returning Lord. After a long two-thousand years on the foundation of the providence of indemnity, the only begotten Daughter, who could become the True Parent of humankind, was born.
However, until this day could come, following Jesus’ crucifixion, Christianity emerged through the work of the apostles and the Resurrection by the Holy Spirit. In the beginning, Christianity held fast with unchanging faith to await the Messiah amidst all sorts of persecution. Finally, when Christianity was officially recognized in Rome in the year 313 AD, it expanded throughout the European continent centering on the Italian peninsula and reached Great Britain. During this period, there were many complications. Jesus’ true essence remained unknown and the Bible was compiled from the apostles’ experiences. In order to give proper education within manmade standards, faith in God that should flow from one’s original mind became distorted. This continued until the seventeenth century when King James of England initiated the Hebrew Bible to be translated into English so that the laity could learn the Word.
People wanted to live a life of faith freely in attendance directly to God. The place the Puritans moved to is America. Centering on England, all nations in the European continent began to expand all over the world forming the Atlantic civilization. They spread across the globe in the name of Jesus. However, in the end they could not put Jesus’ essence into practice. In the Bible it says, “Love your neighbor as yourself” [Mark 12:31]. Yet they placed priority in the benefit of their country. The industrial revolution allowed people to live abundant lives externally, but their faith became desolate.
We know this from history. Then the slave trade began. This was an inconceivable act. The Christian cultural sphere, which was ignorant of Jesus’ essence, must no longer cling to the past but needs to find an opportunity to take part in the new era and a new history. The people that fallen humankind most need are the True Parents.
You cannot become the Creator’s, Heavenly Parent’s, child if you do not live a life engrafted to Him through the True Parents. Therefore, the only answer to solving all today’s problems is through receiving the Marriage Blessing through the True Parents. That is why as the True Parents emerged in the 1960s, the Marriage Blessing Ceremony was widely offered. Today, there are millions of Blessed families around the world. If each and every Blessed member transcends their tribes, their nation, and heads toward the world, a world of one human family centering on God will be achieved. This heaven on earth is Heavenly Parent’s dream and humankind’s hope. Each of you gathered here today have this responsibility. This is the only path to realizing the dream of one human family and a world of peace which humankind hopes for. Will you join me in bringing this day closer?
As I mentioned earlier, America is a nation blessed by God. Originally, this country had Native Americans. However, God took the Puritan’s side when they arrived. Why did He do this? God blessed America to become a country that would create an environmental realm for the returning Lord who said he would come again. Heaven blessed America and in the short period of two hundred years, it became a central nation, a democratic nation, which leads the world.
However, this nation was in a crisis in the 1970s. There were threats from the communist party, and an uncontrollable dilemma of family breakdowns, adolescent issues, and cultural decay. During all this, True Parents who were aware of Heaven’s providence could not abandon America. Therefore, they left Korea and came to this country as doctors to treat its ailment. They came as firefighters to put out the fires from family breakdown. For the sake of this country, which almost could have been communized, they invested in such a way that no other individual could and founded the Washington Times to educate the government and the citizens.
You have enjoyed such grace so you must not become people who forsake that grace. The same goes for this nation. Therefore, True Parents established Korea, Japan, and America as the central nations to launching world peace. We have opened the era of the Pacific civilization and with this cultural revolution of the heart of Hyojeong, or Heart of Filial Piety, we are carrying out activities all over the world centering on our second- and third-generation members practicing true love for the sake of others. Just as several rivers join together to form a tremendous waterfall and flows toward the vast ocean, our true love movements are swelling over the whole world.
My earnest hope is that all of us gathered here today will become central messianic figures who are capable of building a hopeful future.
I am aware that even in this country, there has been damage caused by unexpected abnormal climates on the West Coast, the Midwest, and the East Coast. However, we cannot just stand by and watch. We must search for ways to solve these difficult problems together with Heavenly Parent, God the Creator, while attending Him. If we do not do this, our descendants will have no hope for the future. Please take heed that the only way we can solve all these issues is for this country and all nations of the world to attend Heavenly Parent and True Parents with one mind and one will.
Until the day we die, the quicker we solve this the better. For more than six thousand years, Heavenly Parent’s longing dream and humankind’s hope has been heaven on earth. Let us build it with our own hands! Wherever we go, there is hope. Isn’t that so? [Yes!]

Did you enjoy your dinner? Today at the rally, as I saw our ministers continuing the spirit of this nation, the spirit of the Pilgrim Fathers that sought religious freedom, I felt hope.
The reason why Heaven blessed this nation [of America] was because it was a democratic nation that could lay the foundation for the returning Lord. God raised this country as a democratic nation, which means that a single leader does not make the decisions, but that it considers the greater good and strives to have good policies and politics through public opinion.
Heaven created an environment that could receive the Messiah because if the mistake that happened two thousand years ago when Jesus Christ was born was repeated, there would be no hope.
Today, the center of this nation is not the president. It the ministers; you are the owners. The president changes every 5 years in this country, yet you are eternal.
As owners, what should you do? You have [a portion of] responsibility. Owners should raise their children well by standing in the position of parents. Your children are your church members that you minister to. You are leading public lives as ministers, yet as I mentioned in my speech earlier today, fallen people cannot go in front of God; they cannot go in front of Heavenly Parent. This is the reason the providence of restoration through indemnity took six thousand years. Since this is so, you all must receive the Blessing and as a Blessed family, you must Bless your congregations.
A Blessed family is the basic unit to achieving Heaven's Will, Heavenly Parent's dream, True Parents' dream and humankind's hope. What would happen to this nation if all the clergymen in America, a representative nation, upheld True Parents' will and true families restored all believers? You are the owners of this nation. What will you do?
Please become true owners who attend Heavenly Parent and True Parents at the center. Then, you should not stop at this nation but you should bless all 7.6 billion people without missing a single family and become messiahs that guide them to becoming true children of Heavenly Parent. Before I begin, those whose birthday is today come forward! What about this week? There are this many from this week, ending tomorrow [Sunday]? Then, those with a birthday today, come forward. From those with a birthday this week, the oldest sister should come forward first. You’re 63 years old! Come in order. Who are we? You all are historic figures. Because of whom? Because of True Parents!
In regard to completing the providence, why must you all do your best? Jesus died on the cross and gave Peter the key to heaven. This meant that it must be unlocked from the physical world. The same is true for the completion of the providence. This means you must fulfill your responsibilities during the time that you are alive. If you go back to the time Jesus came, Heaven had endured and labored for the long period of four thousand years. Therefore, from within the fallen world, Jesus Christ, the only begotten son, could be called “solely my son”.
Then Mary, who gave birth to Jesus Christ, the only son of God, should have created an environment for Jesus to complete the providence. She should have worked to help Jesus fulfill his mission. If Jesus had completed the providence, Mary would have been in the position of a daughter. You all know this from the Principle. Jesus went the way of the cross and said he would return. He would return and hold the marriage supper of the Lamb. Then the person that Christianity should be waiting for in the last days is God’s only daughter.
Therefore, God found and raised a new people who could give birth to God’s only daughter. They are the Korean people. The Korean people must give birth to the God’s only daughter in the last days from upon a Christian foundation. When this nation was under Japanese oppression, in the face of Heaven's providence, Japan should have thrown their greed away. Because they did not throw this away, the Allied forces were mobilized and made them throw it away.
However, through the manifestation of True Parents, Japan was blessed as the Eve nation. The Eve nation! What is the Eve nation? What mission does the Eve nation have? The Eve nation is True Parents' daughter. In front of True Parents, Japan is the daughter, not the mother. They received the mission in which they had to go through the hardships of labor, embracing fallen humankind and bringing them to True Parents. Due to this, Heaven... True Parents, gave them the opportunity to indemnify the wrongdoings of the past.
Two thousand years ago, Mary should have become the true daughter to Jesus. She should have fulfilled Eve's mission among fallen humankind. Daemo-nim, who gave birth to God’s only daughter, fulfilled her responsibility. Then, all of you as the Eves of Japan must do more than Daemo-nim and fulfill your responsibilities. Do you understand?
A Mother does not care for herself. She thinks more of her children. That is a mother's love and a mother's mission. The nation of Japan cannot leave any nation unaware of True Parents. You must help them all to know True Parents. Thus, all nations, with hearts of gratitude and love for Japan, must unite with God’s only daughter, True Mother. Do you understand? All of your thoughts and your actions must be united with me. What is the completion of the providence? What is Heavenly Parents' dream? What is True Parents’ dream and what is your dream?
The over 200 nations in this world, be they small or large, they think only of themselves. Even the four superpowers think first of their own nations' benefit. World peace cannot come under those circumstances. Moreover, they are even farther from uniting. Until now, there has been a limit to what can be done through human efforts. The beginning goes well, but it quickly ends. It is not eternal. These experiences repeatedly occur but cannot be fixed.
In Christian history, in particular, they did not know Jesus' essence. There were many failures and mistakes because it descended from man-made systems. That is how communist thought could emerge from within God-believing Christianity. Communist thought, as a theory, is very sweet. However, when you look at the actions of those responsible you see an even scarier dictatorship. Even when looking at that reality, the democratic world, the free world, says they believe in God, but they do not know the fundamentals of God. Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Yet, Christians do not know Jesus' essence, so they cannot unify the world through Christianity. They cannot unite the world even through their ideology. In particular, this is a problem that this nation is facing. That is the conclusion.
We must know the original owner, the owner of the universe, God the Creator, our Heavenly Parent. We must attend God. Just saying we will attend God, is not attendance. Fallen humankind must go through a process to stand in front of Heavenly Parent. That is, through True Parents. The True Parents! All of you have physical parents who were born to physical parents. Yet, that is the fallen world. It is True Parents who will return us to the state of God's original creation, before the Fall. You do not become the True Parents by being told suddenly one day, “You! Be True Parents!” Do you understand?
It is now a new age, the age of Cheon Il Guk. The Cheon Il Guk Era! The sixth year of Cheon Il Guk! What have I been saying from the beginning? “Go forward with the spirit and the truth” and “reveal the truths of history.” The people of today must know True Parents in order to attend God and before the True Parents can come, they must know the only daughter of God. It is the same with Heavenly Parents' creation. It was not done through God commanding, “Let there be sun! Let there be water!” I am saying the birth of life came because there was a Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother. Do you understand? These clear truths could not be explained. That was the problem. Yet now it is different. I have shown it all to you. The completion of Cheon Il Guk! We must show this to humankind. It is national restoration!
If True Parents are the “True Emperor with Holiness and Virtue,” there cannot be an emperor without a people. Thus, all of you, blessed families, must fulfill your responsibilities as tribal messiahs and you must liberate all your ancestors. You all who are here on earth must open the way. It is said that if it is unlocked on earth, it will also be unlocked in heaven. If we cannot fulfill our responsibilities on earth, we won't be able to fulfill our responsibilities in heaven.
When looking at your physical age, if you think the time to complete your responsibility is short you must make even more effort, right? When we are realizing national and global restoration, should the main characters be on earth or should they have gone to the spirit world already? I said the physical world is important! Earth! Therefore, will you realize national restoration while I am still here? I set our first goal for the year 2020. Will you show me then?
Then I think you must go forward with an even stronger system than now. Therefore, I divided Korea, Japan, and the US into 5 subregions. Korea is doing well. I said to slim down the FFWPU headquarters and to work centered on the subregions. I saw the effectiveness of this in October. The subregions in Japan are also considered nations. I said they are the form of one nation. If there are 5 subregions in the Japan, which is a region, there are 5 nations. Isn't it sensible then to have the five nations compete to spur the work toward national restoration? Work hard and if you accomplish 100%, 120% 130% or 150% you will be rewarded accordingly. Subregion 5 of Japan and subregions 5 of Korea have formed a sisterhood. Work together and say, “Subregion 3 will restore Japan!” “Subregion 5 will restore Korea!” You must have a good start. If the start is good, I can put more strength behind you. I am saying that I will let you show your abilities as much as you want! Then blessings will be returned to the head of the wives’ association. I beseech you once again. I am grateful for all you have done, thank you.
However, now we must show it so we can realize the dream of one human family which is the Heavenly Parent's dream and means the providence has been completed. This is possible when the central nations can unite and embrace the world. There, Korea, Japan, the US—these three nations— will work toward one goal, attending the same center, and the Era of the Pacific Rim Civilization will embrace the world through the hyo jeong revolution of the culture of heart. You will do that, right? If you do that, I will be even more grateful and love you even more. I pray that together with me you all can fulfill Japan's, the Eve nation's, mission.

World peace cannot come under those circumstances. Moreover, they are even farther from uniting. Until now, there has been a limit to what can be done through human efforts. The beginning goes well, but it quickly ends. It is not eternal. These experiences repeatedly occur but cannot be fixed.
In Christian history, in particular, they did not know Jesus' essence. There were many failures and mistakes because it descended from man-made systems. That is how communist thought could emerge from within God-believing Christianity. Communist thought, as a theory, is very sweet. However, when you look at the actions of those responsible you see an even scarier dictatorship. Even when looking at that reality, the democratic world, the free world, says they believe in God, but they do not know the fundamentals of God. Jesus said, "Love your neighbor as yourself." Yet, Christians do not know Jesus' essence, so they cannot unify the world through Christianity. They cannot unite the world even through their ideology. In particular, this is a problem that this nation is facing. That is the conclusion.
We must know the original owner, the owner of the universe, God the Creator, our Heavenly Parent. We must attend God. Just saying we will attend God, is not attendance. Fallen humankind must go through a process to stand in front of Heavenly Parent. That is, through True Parents. The True Parents! All of you have physical parents who were born to physical parents. Yet, that is the fallen world. It is True Parents who will return us to the state of God's original creation, before the Fall. You do not become the True Parents by being told suddenly one day, "You! Be True Parents!" Do you understand?
It is now a new age, the age of Cheon Il Guk. The Cheon Il Guk Era! The sixth year of Cheon Il Guk! What have I been saying from the beginning? "Go forward with the spirit and the truth" and "reveal the truths of history." The people of today must know True Parents in order to attend God and before the True Parents can come, they must know the only daughter of God. It is the same with Heavenly Parents' creation. It was not done through God commanding, "Let there be sun! Let there be water!" I am saying the birth of life came because there was a Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother. Do you understand? These clear truths could not be explained. That was the problem. Yet now it is different. I have shown it all to you. The completion of Cheon Il Guk! We must show this to humankind. It is national restoration!
If True Parents are the "True Emperor with Holiness and Virtue," there cannot be an emperor without a people. Thus, all of you, blessed families, must fulfill your responsibilities as tribal messiahs and you must liberate all your ancestors. You all who are here on earth must open the way. It is said that if it is unlocked on earth, it will also be unlocked in heaven. If we cannot fulfill our responsibilities on earth, we won't be able to fulfill our responsibilities in heaven.
When looking at your physical age, if you think the time to complete your responsibility is short you must make even more effort, right? When we are realizing national and global restoration, should the main characters be on earth or should they have gone to the spirit world already? I said the physical world is important! Earth! Therefore, will you realize national restoration while I am still here? I set our first goal for the year 2020. Will you show me then?
Then I think you must go forward with an even stronger system than now. Therefore, I divided Korea, Japan, and the US into 5 subregions. Korea is doing well. I said to slim down the FFWPU headquarters and to work centered on the subregions. I saw the effectiveness of this in October. The subregions in Japan are also considered nations. I said they are the form of one nation. If there are 5 subregions in the Japan, which is a region, there are 5 nations. Isn't it sensible then to have the five nations compete to spur the work toward national restoration? Work hard and if you accomplish 100%, 120% 130% or 150% you will be rewarded accordingly. Subregion 5 of Japan and subregions 5 of Korea have formed a sisterhood. Work together and say, "Subregion 3 will restore Japan!" "Subregion 5 will restore Korea!" You must have a good start. If the start is good, I can put more strength behind you. I am saying that I will let you show your abilities as much as you want! Then blessings will be returned to the head of the wives' association. I beseech you once again. I am grateful for all you have done, thank you.
However, now we must show it so we can realize the dream of one human family which is the Heavenly Parent's dream and means the providence has been completed. This is possible when the central nations can unite and embrace the world. There, Korea, Japan, the US -- these three nations -- will work toward one goal, attending the same center, and the Era of the Pacific Rim Civilization will embrace the world through the hyo jeong revolution of the culture of heart. You will do that, right? If you do that, I will be even more grateful and love you even more. I pray that together with me you all can fulfill Japan's, the Eve nation's, mission.

Yesterday, somebody brought me some persimmons [gam]. That lovely person is probably here somewhere. After seeing those persimmons, I thought Ah! I should share them with all of you today.
What does the word, “gam,” sound similar to? It sounds like gam...sahamnida. [Thank you.] I have a heart full of gratitude toward you. I felt, They sent me such a great gift, one that represents their thankful heart toward me! That's why I wanted to deliver these to you.
How long has it been since Father began the providence? Fifty-six years? Has it been fifty-seven years? If during that time we had created a better foundation, the Messiah would have manifested on a national foundation transcending tribes and races. To this day, Christians still call themselves “brides of Christ.” Unfortunately, they do not understand the concept or the meaning of this term, “bride.” Although they began the work of rebirth through the Holy Spirit, they have been developing a system for centuries centered on human beings; due to this, they have repeated many failures. In short, they did not know God. They could not understand who God was. Moreover, they could not even comprehend who Jesus was or what his original nature was. The purpose of creation that God established absolutely must be fulfilled. This is because God is a being who cannot fail.
Why then did so many years pass? The man and woman created at that time were unable to fulfill their responsibility. It was their responsibility! Until Jesus was able to appear, several indemnity conditions needed to be established over those four thousand biblical years. Even though Jesus was born through a woman of fallen lineage, he did not have any connection to that lineage, so Satan was not able to interfere with him. Thus, God could proclaim, This is my son, my only begotten son!
After Jesus passed away, he said he would return, so the position of the only begotten son remained open. What, then, should Christianity have prepared? They should have found the only begotten daughter. In addition, they had to create the right foundation for her to be born. Humanity does not decide which nation would be chosen as the central one for that task. Heaven does. God does. The chosen people are the Korean people. However, with blessings come responsibilities. When this country divided into North and South after its liberation, it was on its way to becoming Communist. If the US military or the Allied Forces had not intervened, this country would have become Communist. The people of goodwill who stood at the crossroads between democracy and communism clung to God. At that exact moment, the returning Lord had to appear. Those people waited ardently and earnestly. Unfortunately, Christians who could not understand the providence are still in the dark even today. There is no alternative to educating them. Show them and educate them. In particular, you should do this as the elder members and pastors. You are the elder members whom True Parents are proud of. Isn't this true? Among you, there are those who lived during our civil war and directly experienced this country's suffering. I heard there are 7.5 million people who are over 65 years old in South Korea. We need to educate those senior citizens. For over 5,000 years, our country was able to overcome various upheavals, because God, the Creator God, blessed this nation. That blessing is because God was able to prepare the chosen people to give birth to the Parents who are able to fulfill His will and the purpose of creation. “Chosen people” is the key phrase here. We must speak strongly about God’s will to the people of this nation. Ideologies will not reunify the Korean peninsula; neither will politics. Before speaking about head-wing ideology, Koreans must recognize True Parents. The True Parents are our center. True Parents are the people whom this peninsula should attend as the center. Heaven has prepared and blessed the people. When we discuss this with others, they will probably wonder why True Parents are this important. We have to look back into history. As a part of fallen humanity, people are not in a position to go freely before God. It is only possible if they are born again through True Parents. We cannot state that a world that cannot move freely before God is the kingdom of heaven on earth. Likewise, we cannot call this world a peaceful world. It is a logical conclusion. This is how to resolve the confusion and educate people. It is your time to shine and educate from the forefront of this country by telling the children, young people, politicians and other community leaders, It is time for you to stand and rise!
You should properly educate them. Will you do this? You here are blessed families. Hence, you probably wish for those in your 2nd and 3rd generations to surpass you in absolute faith, absolute love, and absolute obedience as they complete their responsibilities. Am I right? Then, today before Heavenly Parent, True Parents… me, you must swear to complete all of your responsibilities without fail by restoring this providential nation, which is God's dream and humanity's ultimate desire. This is your responsibility. It is in your hands. Through your efforts, you will certainly be able to offer back to heaven God's homeland, True Parents' homeland, and the homeland of the citizens of Cheon Il Guk.
