Yeon Ah Nim's Welcoming Remarks:

Good afternoon, brothers and sisters! ("Good afternoon!")

The hot weather is settling down a little and we feel refreshed by the cold rain. We know that God is always with us and within us and He is always our loving God. We are always welcoming you in this sanctuary and for those who are joining with us via internet; we are welcoming you as well. Welcome brothers and welcome sisters!

Hyung Jin Nim's Welcoming Remarks:

Brothers and sisters, I'd like to share with you from Cheon Seong Gyeong, page 659. Father says here, ”The closer we are to the truth and the more we come under its spell the more it will become our center, which nobody can snatch from us. Even if the earth was to fall into chaos millions of times and the universe was suddenly be destroyed, people whose minds are securely centered on truth will never be changed or shaken."

Brothers and sisters, it's so important in our lives to be true, to be all that God has created us to be, to really live lives of excellence, integrity, honesty, sincerity. And really, Father is telling us that if we keep that at the center of our lives, then no matter the turbulence that may happen in our lives, the ups and downs, we will be on the right track, the trajectory towards fulfilling our destinies

Brothers and sisters, I want to welcome you all to service. And remember, we are not only here to attend or just observe service, let's be here and participate. You know, today a lot of our brothers and sisters who are usually here, I am sure they are in Chung Pyung. They had a music festival yesterday. But we have a nice family gathering today. It's wonderful! You know, we always know that even if it's just one person that comes, if we offer with the right sincere heart, then God will listen to the things that are in our hearts and desires.

Brothers and sisters, once again, I'd like to welcome you all, and let's remember in our service, before service, it's always important to remember who we are. To remember that we have value as God's children, to remember that we have identity as the children that God has been waiting for 6,000 years of biblical history, really the fruition of God's providence. Let's remember that we have a purpose to really live the blessed life and to extend that to become blessings to others in this world.

Brothers and sisters, once again, welcome, and let's really not only observe service today. Let's be really together in our hearts; we'll meditate together, practice together, sing together, worship together, and pray together. Really let's participate together. Once again, welcome everybody!

Yeon Ah Nim's Words:

Many people are surprised that I have 5 children. When I go around with my first son Shin Pal -- he is right now 11 years old in Korean age -- many people often ask me if he is really my son or not. Even I, myself, am sometimes surprised, "Whoa! I do have 5 children, I do!" But I really feel that I have seen myself grow and become more mature through them, and I believe that our children experience God's love through us.

So, we, being the best mothers and best fathers, give them experiences, telling them that God is a loving God. If we are quick to get angry or if we scold them for every little minor thing then we show them that God is very judgmental and He has no patience, or He is a very angry God and He has no ability to empathize with us or see the bigger picture of our children's entire life. Brothers and sisters, let us become the best parents we can become and let us help our children to see God as a loving and mature God.

Brothers and sisters, we love you so much and we believe in you. Aju!

Hyung Jin's Interesting Story:

I heard a story about two churchgoers, who were witnessing, and they were going to the neighborhood, and knocking on doors, witnessing to the neighborhood. At one house they came to, they knocked on the door, a woman came out, and they explained what they were doing. She was very hostile. She said, "I don't want to hear any of your religion!" She slammed the door in their face. But miraculously the door flung open again. There again they looked at each other very puzzled. She said, "You'd better take your foot out of the door. I know you put your foot in the door. I'm going to call the police!" And she slammed the door again. Miraculously again the door swung open again. At this point she said, "I'm going to call the army. You'd better take your foot out of that door!" She went to close that door again, and the two churchgoers said, "Ma'am, before you do that again, you may want to move your cat!" (Laughter)

Main Sermon:

Brothers and sisters, today I'd like to speak to you more than a sermon, it's more like a report. Let's talk about being spiritually and physically blessed. If it is true that we are to live the blessed lives, we must learn to be spiritually and physically blessed. See, we now have the blessings of the age. Based on True Parents' victorious foundation we can inherit not only spiritual fulfillment, peace and joy, but material and physical blessing, abundance and fulfillment. See, being a child of True Parents now opens the possibility for abundant overflow, spiritually as well as physically.

True Parents have created the foundation. Now it's time for us to step up and do our five percent. You know, when we look at it providentially, Jesus was supposed to fulfill God's ideal of creation, to establish the ideal family centered on God and then extend that blessing to the world. But due to the cross God was very pained, and Christ was only able to provide spiritual salvation. And True Parents have come to fulfill that long lost mission. They have come and fulfilled God's ideal of creation. They have established the conditions to provide spiritual salvation, but also to fulfill and provide the purpose of creation and establish the realm of the True Family.

Because they established True Family, as we know, whenever Father's life was threatened, one of his children went on his behalf. We saw it with Heung Jin hyung, with Hyo Jin hyung, Shin Ye, etc...The Family members had to pay that price of offering. Upon that foundation they have extended the blessing to the world. We now have 183+ nations of this world where our blessed central families are putting their roots down. And this creates the potential for enormous physical blessings in our lives as well.

"But I thought living in abundance is selfish! I thought we were supposed to be spiritually blessed but physically impoverished!" You see brothers and sisters; this is not the blessed life. If we are to help others succeed and be an inspiration to the world, we must, as a community, show that we can live a blessed life, both spiritually and physically. We must show that we can actualize a blessed life and empower others to do the same as well.

When we look at the Divine Principle, part 2, section 2.2, we see that in the course of Moses in the wilderness period had to construct what was known as the Tabernacle, which had the Arc of the Covenant and the two tablets of stone which were God's word. As we know, the two tablets of stone represented God's word or perfected Adam and Eve. God ordered the construction of this Tabernacle. Even if the people or even if Moses became faithless, lost his faith, God would be able to use the Tabernacle to resuscitate the people of Israel. As long as ONE Israelite honored the Tabernacle God could continue to work through that person to restore all the other people.

But remember, the Tabernacle was temporary. That was in the wilderness period until they entered the promised land of Canaan. Once in the Promised Land, they were to build the Temple of God, which could be exalted for the generations to come. But we know, we saw in the providential history, that when the Israelites entered Canaan with Joshua as their leader, they fell into faithlessness and they did not construct the Temple of God. And what happened there? The providence then was again extended 2,000 years until the coming of Christ.

See, we are at this stage of the providence. True Father has ordered the construction of the Temple of God in the fatherland of Korea. It will be a place where even though the leadership or our families become faithless, as long as ONE person can exalt God, God will continue to work. You remember, in the wilderness period we had A-frame churches. They're almost like the Arc of the Covenant. They represent the Tabernacle, just like in the wilderness period.

And when Father gave us the big goal of creating a 20,000 member church for the first time in our Unification history, when he gave us that goal, we did not understand it at first. So what did we do? We looked back into providential history; we looked back at what happened, at what we were doing. In the wilderness period, in the age of indemnity, we were fighting and keeping the Covenant, keeping the Tabernacle there to preserve our lineage, to preserve our faith. But now, in the age of settlement, in the age of complete liberation and release, when we have come into the land of Canaan, now the construction of the Temple of God becomes so important. It becomes the bedrock in which our families for generations will have to represent and continue to lead this movement to its destiny.

See, as the church develops and improves in this new environment, opportunities and possibilities for our blessed families will continue. They will move through True Parents' victory. This Temple becomes substantially the place to draw closer to God and substantiate the ideal of creation, that is, to create true families centered on God and True Parents. This will be a refuge which creates partnerships with the membership to grow our faith life, education life, family life, friends' life, marriage life, kids' life, economic life, community life, service life, etc.

See, church development and the fulfillment of providing spiritual and physical blessing have destinies that are intertwined. We have member-centered church growth, really for the first time in our history, where we are focusing on membership care, where we are focusing on making the blessed central families to shine. We will have increased care for the members, benefit, resources, education, communication between church and parents etc.

Let's look at what happened at Bunbu (Headquarters) Church in the last 8 months. We came here 8 months ago. We were moved from Mapo church, we came here 8 months ago. When we first came here, I remember, the weekly attendance was about 150 people per weekend, and when we got here there were tiles all over the floor. It kind of looked like bathroom tiles, all over the floor. See the cafe now with the beautiful electric door and all the beautiful new facilities, the cafe, the coffee and the tea, all that, that was a storage room. It was totally dark and dingy. I saw cobwebs, and I saw spiders as big as my hands there. (Laughter) Maybe not THAT big but I did see cobwebs.

What happened? 8 months later, what do we see at Bunbu church? Let's compare what happened. We now see a renovated VIP book cafe. We now see more networking possibilities for our members, our congregation. We see trustworthy accounting of donations. The ministers here cannot touch donations. I cannot touch donations. Our donations are managed professionally by the Chedan financial team.

We have small group faith communities which we're just starting right now. We have increased one on one care and counseling by minister teams, which will just begin. We have two presidents. These two presidents were actually owners of small businesses. They were here in the congregation. We never knew. But when they contributed to the construction of the Temple, then we found out that they were presidents of small companies. What happens is, every month here at Bunbu Church in the first week we have all the presidents from the Tong Il group come, Il Hwa president, Yeong Pyung president... All the presidents come out from all over our Tong Il organization. They created a small presidents’ group where they, as presidents, network, where they as presidents further their own work as well as building their faith life.

So we were able to connect these two owners of small businesses into that presidents' group. And now they are going to be moving into the presidents' small group and be able to open new possibilities even for their own lives as well, even for their own physical lives. That's what we're talking about, not only living a spiritual fulfilled life, but creating an environment where actually physical blessings can come as well.

See, we have now a church that we can be proud of. Look at the remodeling that's being done in here. Look at the amazing Two Rivers Choir. Give it up for Two Rivers! Give it up. (Applause) Every week!

We've seen membership growth here that started from 150 per week. Now we have 2,000 people coming out to service each weekend. We have over 3,500 registered members now. So we see a huge community that's coming together. We see in our youth group professional networking opportunities for the young people. We see special activities, education, career development, networking opportunities, an opportunity for finding a blessing partner, a marriage partner. We see with the high school students’ music tutoring from the professionals.

The high school kids used to just do it on their own, with their little books and stuff, but our Two Rivers Choir, the professionals come in, they offer volunteer work to help with the high school kids in learning how to do drumming, or learning how to do piano, learning how to do the guitar. This is all possible because we have a larger community where we are coming together, really grouping our strengths.

We have more educators. We have all these amazing educators here educating our children. If you come out to the Korean service, you'll see so many educators that are helping downstairs. Here, too, we have a lot of Filipino sisters that are downstairs even doing martial arts and bringing other types of activities as well. The high school kids just did a pilgrimage to Father's sacred sites. They just did a trip to Yeosu where they gathered the high school leaders.

We have increased minister care and counseling for the young kids. We have now a Song Hwa Tang Dam minister who specializes in simply working with the young people, the high school kids. We have more successful and faithful role models. As our church community grows, we have people above high school level that our high school kids can look up to, people who are already very successful in their careers, lawyers, accountants, people working at Samsung etc.. Who can be inspirations for them.

When we look at the elementary level, you can see it. We have a new education program that is now up to the middle school level, and we are going to bring it up to the high school level. We have a new VIP kids' indoor playroom center that you've all seen, downstairs like the discovery zone. We have a new VIP library for the kids, where the kids can learn and see the bestselling books that are out there. They can see and learn from those books.

We have new resources for parents, new parenting resources that parents can come in and become stronger in their true family life. We have increased care and reporting and planning. We have regularly scheduled parents and teacher counseling now with the young kids.

So we can see a great deal of benefit that's coming when we add our strengths together, when we bring all of our strengths together. As we have now this larger church organization, as we move towards the vision and mission of creating a 20,000 member church which is not leader-centered but member-centered, where the central benefit will go towards the membership, we can see now that this is really the providential time for that.

You see, it's time for a place where the Unification Church family can gain the primary benefit. Our church has to now be committed to helping the blessed central families succeed. We've been up to this point doing many, many rallies, many mobilization efforts, many, many education things, but we have not been able to nurture our communities as well. And it's now time in our history to invest into our communities, to help the blessed families succeed, to help the blessed families shine.

See, we are experiencing the physical and spiritual benefits of a larger member-centered organization, here at headquarters church, but with the 20,000 that Father asked us to do, at first I did not know why he was asking us to do that. When we got the mission we did not know why he wanted to create a haven for the members. But when we looked at it providentially, that's exactly what the Israelites were supposed to do when they moved into Canaan. When they moved into the settlement period, after they passed the wilderness course of indemnity; they were exactly supposed to do that.

See, this Temple will now symbolize the victorious harmony created by True Parents between the spiritual and the physical worlds, and once we are at the level of a 20,000 membership church, guess what? We're no longer a minor religion; we are major religion, in the major leagues. At that point it's very easy for us to make win-win partnerships with large organizations, whether they are Christian, or Buddhist or other organizations, because we're centered on family. We already of course have done so much non-denominational work, so much work that crosses inter-religious boundaries. We can work with many different faith communities. And that's exactly what will happen once we have a strong organization that is able to blend and create partnerships with other organizations.

It will be the place that remains unchanged through generations and a place where God and True Parents will be exalted in this Promised Land; regardless of whether or not we continue it or not, it will continue to represent the Unification faith. Our potential is too large for our present conditions and circumstance. Our church is ready for development.

The member-centered church development will bring increased benefits to our blessed central families. That has to be our purpose. As a church we have to see the majority of our blessed central families, as many as possible, be successful at whatever they do. So the church there becomes the place where the possibilities and opportunities open, where possibilities for synergy, faith building, education, business, networking, blessing and marriage, family support, education, service, helping others in need, are able to be gathered.

And sure there will be those who criticize, saying, "This is not really something that we need to do." But it's very important for the success of our communities that we don't only do outreach or do big rallies, but we do things that will build roots in our communities, help our communities succeed, build a stronger community, stronger network, stronger possibilities that will open up the doors for our blessed central families to succeed.

And we really want to take that focus. That's what our whole team is doing. For the first time in church history we want to focus on membership growth, membership care, where the members can shine.

You know, we had an interview this week with two major magazines. One was Chun Ang Ilbo magazine, another one was Chosun Ilbo's women's magazine, and if you know anything about Chosun magazine, it's the biggest newspaper in Korea. It's kind of like the New York Times, here in Korea. And they came and interviewed us this week. We had a wonderful interviewer. She is a very nice lady. She actually attended the Chil Pal Shik Haeng Sa. After the helicopter landing it was Father's first appearance, where he spoke to the membership and to the public. NBC was there. The major news organizations were there as well. But she came to interview us, a very nice lady. She is very funny, very outgoing.

We started the interview. At some point she was talking about her attending the Chil Pal Shik Haeng Sa. She said to us like this, "You know I thought everybody in your church would be some kind of intense religious militant." So when she was walking through the aisles at Chung Jeong Goong with all these people, and she was walking through it, and she looked down the aisles, some people were falling asleep a little bit because they drove a long way. She thought, that was so cute. She thought, "Hey! That's not religious militant!" (Laughter)

And then at the ceremony they were passing around little plastic bags, and she was wondering, "What kind of cultish items are in those plastic bags?" (Laughter) That's what she's telling us. "What kind of strange exoteric items are in those bags?" She went over and saw a neighbor who was opening one of those very secretive bags, and what did she find? She found some Korean rice cake! (Laughter)

And then it was time for the congratulatory song, and she was expecting some kind of cultish chanting, where everybody had intense clapping and weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth, but the Two Rivers Choir came up, and she heard the smooth and cool rhythms of the Two Rivers Choir. Give it up for Two Rivers!! (Applause) And she said, "Hey, that's not that bad!"

She said she called her mom after the event, and her mom said, "Hey! How was the event? I heard you went to the Unification event." And she said, "Mom, I know it sounds crazy but it was not that bad! It was not that bad. I actually enjoyed it!"

See, brothers and sisters, whether or not we accept it, still we are being seen by many as a cult. We are still seen as a very intense militant religion. But the reality is that we're not. We are moving way past that. Our foundation is large now. Our foundation is large, our community is getting stronger. We're building now. We're investing in our communities, building small groups, building our community networks so we can gather our strengths. But even though we have the big foundation they still view us like this, continue to view us like this.

At my inauguration I spoke of regaining our pride as the Unification Church, as Unification members. And it's very unfortunate because for many years, before Father asked us to step up and take responsibility; we had seen the pride of the Unification Church falling and fading away with each passing year. Every year we saw the membership get weaker in terms of their faith. Every year we saw them get lower in their self-esteem as Unificationists.

"Did I actually do the right thing? Did I actually make the right decision?" And many times I had to make hard decisions in position of leadership. We had to make hard decisions that would stop for example activities that were very intense and we had to move them into a more reasonable avenue which would create win-win relationships with any of the parties involved.

See, at this point in our history, we are now so big in terms of foundation. But the one place that we haven't been able to develop is our membership, is the care that we offer our blessed central families, is the focus on having blessed families succeed, not only our organizations, our big projects succeed.

And this is why whenever I hear Father's mission for us to build the Temple, and then I’m inspired. Because this is the point at the time where our members now need to receive benefit from the church. Up to now our members have had to constantly mobilize for big events or things like that. Our ministers are aging; the Second Generation is not entering into ministry. But it's time to show that we are substantial religiously, that we are transparent, that we are professional, that we are moving towards a real professional type of organization that is trustable, that is transparent., that is accountable.

And it's time to show the world that we can truly shine. You see, it's time for our church growth to coincide with helping our blessed central families, to allow them, to facilitate them fulfilling the destinies that True Parents have ordained for them. And of course, we can't solve everybody's problem. We have over 3,500 people that we are trying to help in their faith life. We cannot solve all the problems, but what the church can do, is become partners and help our families overcome issues, empower them to become the great representatives of our True Parents.

You see, that interviewer told us that as an outsider looking in, she feels that there's a huge change that's sweeping in the Korean Unification Church. She feels such a huge change. Now people in the society see new leadership in our church. They see a member-centered church development plan in our church now. They see election systems to weed out political games in our church now. They see new facilities and development at our headquarters church for members and they see progress. The interviewer was telling me that she feels it's a new wind that's sweeping through the Unification Church.

See, we will continue to work to do our best. And I said it from the very beginning that whenever we do education for the ministers, whenever we do anything, I am always telling them we have to focus as leaders on helping the membership shine. That has to be our focus. It's not about leaders shining. It's about creating organizations that help the membership grow and shine. Why? Because the membership as blessed central families are the representatives of True Parents in society, in the neighborhoods, in their families. And as the people of the chosen nation it is our responsibility, no matter how we think about it.

I first was confused when Father gave us the order to build a 20,000 member church. I did not know why he wanted it. But as we looked at it more closely, as we saw that our church has not been focusing on building a member-centered growth, where we focus on trying to help members succeed, then I realized that this is very important. Of course providentially as well, we had to enter into Canaan and there build the Temple to sustain and provide a safe haven for families to unite. See, by doing that, we know that we will see our families become the great representatives that True Parents have us destined to become.

See, what can we learn today? We've talked about many things. True Parents theologically not only provide spiritual but physical salvation as well. They provide us with love, life and lineage. And see, as the church it is very important that we also create the means for our families to not only receive spiritual fulfillment, blessing and abundance, but also where we may be an institution that helps the possibilities increase for physical blessing as well. There's always of course the five percent responsibility of each person to be their best, to work hard, and to do their best in life. But the church has to be invested in trying to create the environment, the institution, the gathering place to facilitate faith communities, to facilitate partnerships, synergy, networks, learning, service, activities, etc...

As we approach the 20,000 and as we actualize it -- and we will -- we will have done what the church has not been able to do in its history. We will see improvements in education. You’ve seen it in the Bunbu church, the many things that we talked about before. We will have new network possibilities, like the presidents that are now networking. We will have those kinds of things that are beneficial for our families and we want to see that. We want to see our families succeed.

See, we will be able to enter into Canaan, to build the Temple that will remain eternal, unchanging, and absolute, regardless of the times that change and regardless of whether or not we as followers change. As long as the Temple is there -- just as God ordained with the Temple in Canaan -- as long as there's ONE person that exalts, that worships God, that remembers their position, He will use that person to continue to build the community. Unlike the Israelites who entered Canaan and became faithless we will enter Canaan in the settlement age, build the Temple and build our faith life, and be the proud blessed central families that we are destined to become.

See, it is now our time in history for our blessed central families to have pride in our UC. We are not something that's small any more. We're a real community. We are substantial. Now is the time when our families can stand. We don't have to be arrogant, we don't have to be boastful, but I'm saying we have to be confident in who we are. And when people see that, when they see that confidence, when they see the success, they will want to partner with that. They will want to work with that. And that is what we want to see our destinies move towards.

See, brothers and sisters, I really do believe that when Father gave that order, we didn't understand at first, why did we need to do that. We were in the wilderness period, we had A-frame churches and we had this building, and it's a big building, but it's not that substantial. And we know that this was the HQ representing our entire heritage. And we know that we are not at that stage anymore, we are at such a higher level in our church history now. And when Father gave that order, we realized that we were in the wilderness period, we had the Tabernacle, but now is the time to come into Canaan, in the land of liberation and complete release. In the age of settlement of Cheon Il Guk it's time to come into Canaan and build the Temple, where we can come together, empower each other and really live that blessed life.

Brothers and sisters, I believe that if we do that we will find ourselves with more victory, we will find ourselves with more illumination, and we will find ourselves with more peace, and we will truly live the blessed life that True Parents have blessed us to live.

Brothers and sisters, if you receive this message, let's give it up for God and True Parents (Applause)

Now is the time for our blessed central families to shine and we really want to be committed as a church organization to move everything into that field.

Brothers and sisters, let's move together and enter into our final prayer.

Hyung Jin Nim's prayer:

Father, we thank You so much for this day that You have blessed upon us. As we now come into Your presence, Father, we know that You have planned for Your blessed central families, Your children, just like Moses who had to walk through the wilderness course, and the leadership that was changed to Joshua, moving into Canaan, Father, in the age of settlement. But Father, we know, looking at the providential history, that Your children became faithless in Canaan, that they were not able to substantiate the gathering ground for Your community.

But Father, at this time True Father has told us, even before we came to Headquarters Church, to this important mission. Father, we know that we will have to substantialize this, Father, to be able to have the central place in this land of Canaan, so that our families can gather, Father that our families can grow in their lives of faith, in their lives in abundance physically and spiritually.

Father, we pray that You may ordain this, that Father, You may give us the strength that we will need to fight through the many battles that we are up against. Father, we pray that You may fill us with a strong faith that can move through the challenges, the archangels, the obstacles that will come into our way.

But Father, let us always have compassion, and let us know that as we move and focus not on the benefit of the leaders but the benefit of the members, Your children, Father, we know that Your house will be a house of blessing, that Your children will be able to shine, that our church will move into a new history and a new age that we will be able to witness.

Father, thank You so much for this day. We pray that You may pour Your abundance and blessing upon each and everyone of these families today, and we pray that each one of the family members around this world may be, Father, consoled, may recognize that, as Father has asked us to step into leadership, we are focusing not on the benefit of the leadership but focusing on letting our blessed families shine, allowing them to move closer to True Parents, allowing them to truly live a blessed life.

We believe that if we do that as a church, as a family, Father, we will be able to transcend boundaries and we will be able to work with other organizations, Father, religions that can help establish Your ideal Peace Kingdom on this earth. Thank You so much, Father, for this blessing that You have blessed us with, and Father, let us move with confidence into this new age where we can now represent our church and all that it represents for the rest of history, Father. Thank You so much. We pray these things with an everlasting love and gratitude from the depths of our hearts,

In our names, Aju!

Welcome Remarks:
Yeon Ah Nim:

Good afternoon, brothers and sisters!

It's so hot outside, right? But even in this hot weather we know that we all need to receive God's everlasting water of life, right? Aju!

We're always honored to have you here in the sanctuary, and for those who are joining us via internet we're also welcoming you as well.

Welcome brothers and welcome sisters!

Hyung Jin Nim:

Brothers and sisters, we had a tremendous Chil Pal Jeol celebration on August 7th, just amazing. True Parents first time spoke publicly after the helicopter accident; I'm sure all of you saw that. They were able to come to the podium and read a speech. That was just such a really courageous display. We're so proud of True Parents. Also at the same time all the True Family came to support True Father, to give love, and we had a wonderful time with True Parents after the ceremonies. When we went up to the room True Mother was there, and she was resting because she has still a brace on. When In Jin nunna (nunna = elder sister) and Kwon Jin hyung were massaging her feet and Sun Jin ah was massaging her hands, Mother looked like she was in heaven, "All the kids are massaging me. It's just so wonderful!"

And a tremendous thing: Just a couple weeks ago True Father announced -- he gave us the direction -- that In Jin Nim, who is our second oldest sister, will be the American head Continental Director. She is right here! Give it up for In Jin nim, everybody! Give it up! (Applause). We are so confident in our Family. She'll going to do an amazing work in the States. She really raised us all, a lot of us, the younger group. We grew up with In Jin nunna, with her leadership, her compassion, her concern for us, her understanding, opening always our heart, pushing us to higher limits of enlightenment, of realization.

We're so confident that also in the States she'll be able to evoke that same experience for so many of our wonderful brothers and sisters, so many of our wonderful blessed families who are now really excited for this amazing new era in America. Let's give it up once again for our sister! Give it up!(Applause). Can we do a big Saranghaeyo (We love you)? Can we do it? One, two, three...Saranghaeyo! You got it, In Jin nunna. Thank you so much, guys!

Every time we come up to service let's remember, we are not only observing service. Let's participate! Really, let God hear us today! When we sing our worship songs, let's sing out. Let's express ourselves. Let's pray together. We want to meditate together, really give service together, with all our heart, really praise and give worship together. We want to welcome you again. Let's remember, we're not observers today, we are participators, and we'll do a fantastic, glorious service for God and True Parents. Aju!? Yes, brothers and sisters. God Bless!

Yeon Ah Nim Message:

As my husband said, last Thursday, August 7, there was Chil Pal Jeol ceremony at Cheon Jeong Gung. True Father and True Mother came and they gave a message based on Peace Message 13. As you all know, True Parents are still in recovery, so they have to wear this plastic body brace to support their spinal cords until they heal. And the doctors prescribed them to wear these until 30th of August. So they're planning to have a little party to celebrate that little small victory.

We also on this day, let us also celebrate small victories in our life in the midst of challenge. Let us also celebrate True Parents' victory today as well.

Brothers and sisters, we love you so much and we believe in you.

AJU!

Hyung Jin's Interesting story:

Before we start, we like to start with something a little bit interesting. I heard a very interesting story. There was a whole crew on a ship; and they were out on a stormy sea; and all of a sudden, lightning came crashing into the boat. The boat was split in half, and it started sinking. Then the captain yelled out at the top of his lungs, "Is there anyone here that knows how to pray?" And one of the seamen raises his hand, and says "I do Captain; I know how to pray." And the Captain said, "Start praying, we're going to put on our life jackets, we are one life jacket short."

Alright, you got it, you got it. (Laughter) A little late, a little late. (More laughter) A little late, but you got it guys. Alright, come on, let's stand up. You guys got it today, I think. Right?

True Parents Declaration:

Right hand up; left hand on our heart. Let's do it.

These are my True Parents, the Eternal King and Queen of Peace, and Liberator of God's heart. They have saved me from my past, they have blessed my future, and they give me True Love, Forgiveness, and Happiness today; and I choose to receive it. My mind is awake; my heart is opened wide, and from this moment, I change forever. In my name, Aju.

Main Sermon:

Brothers and sisters, today I would like to talk to you about living the dream. You know, if it is true that we are to live the blessed life, then we must live and accomplish the dreams and desires that God has instilled in our hearts. God gave us those dreams; He is the creator of those dreams that you hold in your hearts. And so, it is so important in our lives that we try to actualize and realize those dreams. But how do I know which dream to pursue?

There are many dreams that we have when we are young. For example, when I was young, I wanted to be a fire fighter at one stage. Then I wanted to be a police man; then I wanted to be a professional skate boarder. Then I wanted to be Bruce Lee. Then I wanted to be a football player. So many dreams like these.

Of course these kinds of dreams will pass over time; but there are certain dreams that we have, that we hold in our hearts, that don't leave us. They always stay with us no matter how far we may go. No matter how we may try to forget them, they will always stick with us. For me that was to make a difference in the church.

I know that for every single one of my brothers and sisters it's the same thing: to make a difference, to make a positive impact, to really allow the church to find its pride and let society see that we are an amazing community. Give it up for our blessed families, give it up!

You see, this dream can never go away. Father has announced the change from the indemnity age to the liberation age. You see, in the indemnity period we were like military. My brother usually puts it like that. We were in tents like soldiers. Those who couldn't follow were judged as unfaithful and pushed out.

But in the age of liberation, we must move from judging others to forgiving others and ourselves. We must move from judgementalism to improving and empowering other people, in their lives, in our communities. We must move from simply maintaining our righteousness to helping others become great, to be their best, and to fulfill their God given dreams and potential.

You see, in the age of indemnity, those who pursued their dreams, or went to school and pursued careers, were called selfish. They were called "not helping the providence". But you see, in the age of liberation, because of the great victory of True Parents, they have opened this age. We are really to pursue the dreams that God has given us. For young people to get our educations, to pursue the great potential that God has instilled in our hearts. And to allow that to support the church community, spiritually, materially, and with your talents. That's a sign of tremendous commitment, a sign of tremendous faith in this age of liberation and complete release.

You see, we must be a community that is mature, understanding that one member's success in life is our entire community's success. You see, when we are proud of each other, when we can help each other grow and blossom, when we create the support structure and network, in which we are investing to help others in our community to succeed, then there is no stopping this amazing Unification Church community.

Brothers and sisters, give it up for the Blessed Central Families! You know, True Father had a dream. He had a dream to free God, an amazing dream to liberate God, to create His family, to bring Him joy. And everybody mocked him at first. They laughed at him, persecuted him, imprisoned him; and they wished him dead; but he kept watering that dream. He kept moving everyday, pressing through doubt, pressing through fear, pressing through uncertainty. And then the seed began to grow. The seed began to spread across this world. Now we have blessed central families in over 183 nations of this world. Our blessed central family community is worldwide.

You know, when we see that, I am reminded of a story, a Chinese story, known as the miraculous bamboo. It all began with a seed and a farmer, who was out in the mountain side in China; and he had a dream. If he could grow this miraculous bamboo, it would provide him the material for his house, it would provide the material to sell. The leaves could be made into tea leaves, and they were very precious at that time. He planted the seeds in little spots.

As he planted them, he watered them every single day. One year went by, and no growth. So he had to plant other things, little crops that would grow up quickly, so that he could feed his struggling family. Another year went by. Only the crops were blooming and harvested, but the bamboo... nothing was showing, nothing was happening.

The seasons went by, another year. Three years passed... nothing. He continued to haul water everyday. Everyday trying to water his dream, to water his hope, to water for his future, to give the investment that he believed would come back in a harvest.

Another year went by. Now the people were mocking him, the people were saying "You're crazy. What are you doing, going and watering the dirt. There is nothing that is going to come from those spots." Another year went by, four years. The neighbors at this point quit laughing. They were no longer even caring anymore. The final year passed. Five years passed, and the farmer was tired now of hauling those buckets everyday. Tired of watering his dream, tired of working so hard to feed his struggling family. He stared hopelessly at those spots, "There can't be any life possibly after five years; I must have watered them wrong. I must have done the wrong procedure. I must have done something wrong along the way, and now, that is why I can't reap this harvest."

Despair rocked his soul. Five years he poured into that dream; into his hope for a better future. But the dream mocked him.

But then one day, all of a sudden, they heard screams from around the village. Everyone was gathered around his spots; and they could see from about 20 feet away, from the street. They could see little green sprouts that were starting to emerge.

Brothers and sisters, this is a real bamboo. In six weeks, 80 feet of bamboo stock grew, five years after watering it every single day. At that point, the bamboos grew and grew. He eventually grew a grove, a forest; and at that point his dream came to pass. He was able to feed his family.

What did he learn? He learned how to plant a seed for his dream. He learned to do the daily things to take action towards that dream. He learned to ignore others who said that it was impossible, that it was not happening, that he was crazy. He learned to push past his own fear and doubt and keep taking action; and he learned to have faith, when there was no reason to have faith.

You see, now when he passes those bamboo groves and goes through his village, he is smiling, because so many of other villagers are now carrying their own buckets to their own spots to grow those miraculous bamboo.

You know, in my own life, too, I always wanted to make a difference in the church, but Father never told me to. He never directed me to go into ministry. He never told me to do seven years of spiritual meditation practice. He never told me to visit Japan and try to encourage the members there. Father waited for me to make my decisions. He never said, "Here's your dream, I will give it to you, and pursue it." He never told me that. He waited for me to realize what my dream was, to see how I would decide and to see how I was going to pursue that dream.

Of course I know that I wouldn't have really been able to do my own dream, if it wasn't for the support of my family, who was always giving me strength, always encouraging me along the way. You see, when we first started ministry, so many people said, "They won't last three weeks, they're not going to go too long; they can't do it forever." And of course, at that time we just kept a smile on our face, and we just kept on going forward, saying, "God bless you; thank you," and "We'll see you next week." That was our attitude. And that's our attitude today.

When we see the thousands of members that come out each weekend, we are so grateful, so humbled; we are so honored that so many brothers and sisters can congregate and worship together.

When we see less judgment towards each other in our communities, more forgiveness, more focus on how I should become a better person, how I can improve and empower others, we are so happy and proud of our community.

You know, brothers and sisters, when you pursue your true dreams, there will be petty minded people who will try to make you give up. They will criticize you for having a small dream, or for not being in line with God's providence, or they say that it's not spiritual enough. When you meet such people, keep a smile on your face, and say, "I'll see you next week."

Brothers and sisters, keep your attitude up! Let me tell you, God didn't create you to take up space, to just drink oxygen, to be a filler in this world. He created you to have a purpose, to have a dream, to have a mission in this world; to truly be a miracle, to make a difference in people's lives. Don't let those minds slow you down. Keep taking actions towards your dreams.

When you pursue your dreams, however, you have to remember that you will find people who are more advanced along that path than you are. You may find people who are much better than you are at your dream; but don't let that discourage you. Remember that that's very normal; that's fine; don't worry too heavily.

I heard it said like this:

There are two different types of people. One type of person looks at a fitness magazine, and says, "Oh, these people are in tremendous shape; and I can be in great shape too. Let's go and exercise."

The next type of person looks at the same fitness magazine, sits on a sofa, grabs a tub of double Dutch ice cream and says, "I'm never going to be in that kind of shape; I can't do this. My knees are hurting. I have a slow metabolism." All of these kind of things.

We have to know which kind of person we are. Let the people who are better than you in the path that you are pursuing, be your landmarks, let them be your inspiration, your motivation for your own possible future potential. Remember that God has given you the power, the talent, the strength, the creativity to also be able to actualize it as well. Put down that ice cream, quit looking at yourself and getting depressed. Look at yourself, and get impressed about your life.

Brothers and sisters, you've got to always have this right mentality in your heart. It is so important that we hold that in our hearts, when we are pursuing our dreams. And remember, when we are pursuing our dreams, it is so important to remember, that we are running our own race. Too many people get caught up in saying, "Hey, his job is better than mine. I thought I was talented, before I met him. I thought my husband was great, until I met my friend's husband. I thought my job was good, until I heard of his job."

Brothers and sisters, be proud of where you are, who you are. Run your own race; no need to compare. You are here to bring joy to God, not to man. Be proud of your work, be proud of your spouse, your family, your career, the work that you are doing. Be proud of your life. See, don't only look at how far you may have to go. It's so important to also realize how far you have come. And God has brought each and everyone of us a long way. Let's give it up, let's give it up for God and True Parents!

You see, we may not be perfect, but we are constantly getting better. We are in a process of continual improvement. We are constantly improving in our lives; and that's the way that God intended it to be. I heard of a famous person, who wrote a book, and she wrote a little dialog with her child, her daughter. She was in a little argument, and it kind of escalated. The daughter said, "Mom, you're all grown up; you're over, you're cooked. You're ready for the KFC bucket; you're life is over." And the Mom said, "I'm not cooked. Honey, I'm not a cooked chicken, I'm just getting warmed up, and when I am finished I will be a one of a kind premium brand filet mignon."

Brothers and sisters, give it up, give it up for this courageous Mom. (Clapping and cheering) And I want to invite you to say to the person next to you, "I'm going to be a filet mignon." Share it, share the blessings, share it with the person next to you, yes. You did it with pride and confidence, I saw it. You see, brothers and sisters, let's remember, too many people get caught up in thinking, "I'm too old for this. My best is past; I'm cooked. I've reached my limit. I've reached my potential. There are so many people better than me. My life can't possibly get any better."

Well, let's remember, Moses was called at the age of 80 to lead the Israelites out of slavery. Abraham was 100 years old, Sarah was 90 when God fulfilled the promise of starting their descendants with Isaac. It's not over until God says it's over.

It is so important to know, that until God calls us to the other side, we have a purpose to fulfill on this earth.

Brothers and sisters, what can we learn today? God has given us dreams to fulfill. He's given us a purpose. He's planted them in our hearts and in our minds; and we have to know that we have a purpose, we have value, we have an identity, we have true cosmic potential that God has invested into us. We are not here to just take up space, to be filler, to just drink oxygen.

We have to truly be able to believe and actualize the blessed life. You see, no longer are we in the age of the judgmental period, of the indemnity period. True Parents have truly been victorious. Now is the age of liberation. We must learn to forgive each other, forgive ourselves, learn to build our dreams, and empower others to build their dreams as well.

See, let's plant those dreams, let's water them daily, let's ignore the nay sayers that say we can't do it, the archangels that may come in your path. Press through that fear and doubt, and have faith in yourself, when there is no reason to have faith in yourself; and God will show you that your bamboo will grow.

Don't sit around and get depressed about yourself. What are we going to do? We are going to sit around and get impressed about myself. And if somebody says "You're cooked," you've got to declare to them, "I am not cooked yet, I am a one of a kind premium filet mignon." Brothers, and sisters, check this out, give it up for True Parents! (Clapping and cheers)… filet mignon!

If we do that, we will find ourselves with more victory, more illumination, and more peace; and we will live that blessed life that True Parents have blessed us to live. Brothers and sisters, one more time, give it up for True Parents, if you can accept this message. (Cheering and clapping)

Let us now focus our energy into our final homeland meditation practice. Let us now visualize ourselves, not in this sanctuary, but in a beautiful grass meadow, that we are walking along. We can notice the soft caress of the wind. I invite you to pay attention to the softness of the grass, and how the earth is supporting us, how the earth is lifting us, and how we are not standing on top, but we are being lifted up, and supported. With each footstep we will see beautiful flowers that bloom right near our feet, almost magically.

As we look to our left, we will see a beautiful, peaceful stream that is meandering down. Let us hear the sounds of that stream, and imbibe the freshness of that energy. And as we look forward, we will see a beautiful pine tree forest, cedar wood, beautiful fragrance. As we look towards the heavens, we will see a blue sky, limitless and vast. And as we look ahead we will see our precious True Parents are waiting for us. Let us walk towards them. Let us be seated before them. True Father, with his right hand, places his hand on top of our head; and True Mother, with her left hand, places her hand on top our head. They are praying for us, and anointing us.

If there are things that we would like to report to True Parents, any wrong doings in the past, let us offer those burdens as a report to True Parents; and let us receive their new blessing. Let us feel the power of that blessing flow through us, like a wave of energy, from the top of our heads, all the way down to the bottom of our feet. We can feel each cell in our body, become totally new, completely revived and rejuvenated.

We can see our spirit body illuminating in the 12 directions. As we receive this blessing, let us breathe in deeply, and in our hearts, let us say, "I am alive." And as we breathe out, let us say, "Thank you." Second inhalation, as we breathe in, "I am alive;" as we exhale, "Thank you." Final inhalation, as we breathe in, "I am alive." Final exhalation, "Thank you."

Final Prayer:

Father, we thank You for this day that You have blessed upon us. Father, we are truly victorious before Your eyes. Father, we know that when You look at us, You see victorious children, You see illuminating children. Father, You see children that are filled with peace, that can spread Your blessings to this world. Father, we pray that we may realize that the precious dreams that You have instilled within our hearts are those that are given by You. And Father, let us have the courage to press through, to achieve and realize those dreams.

Father, let us have the courage to move forward, past criticism, past those that may not believe in us, Father, archangels that may try to stop us on the way. And let us realize that truly we can make a difference in this world. Father, You have given our tremendous community, the brothers and sisters here, their families, their children, amazing potential, cosmic value. Father, You have instilled within them hopes of the future. And Father, we pray that they never let go of that courage, of that strength, of that overcoming power.

Father, we thank You so much for being with us today. We know that You are in happiness, that You are in joy today, looking at Your children, celebrating You, worshiping You, giving thanks, and returning glory to You.

Father, we thank You for this day that You have blessed us. Please be with all the brothers and sisters who are joining us through the Internet, all around the world. Please be with each one of their families, that You may bless them with divine health, that You may bless them with great protection; that they may truly live the blessed life, have great connections and relationships in their lives and truly shine before history.

Thank you, Father, for giving us the strength, giving us the wisdom, and giving us the continual opportunity to become better, and to empower others. Thank You so much. We pray these things, with the everlasting love, and our grateful hearts, in our names, Aju.

To Continental Leaders

Hyung Jin Moon
August 8, 2008

Good morning, Continental Directors. It’s been a long time.

It’s a great pleasure to see you all, once again. As you may be aware, you can see many changes and developments taking place in the Unification movement through the Korean church. Many changes are already taking place in the Unification Family unprecedented. The church system nationwide has been restructured and reorganized in preparation for the year 2013.

A few days ago, inaugural ceremonies for newly appointed church leaders were held across the nation. In the process of this, for the first time in the history of the Unification Church, retirement pay has been prepared for the retiring church leaders with the blessing of True Parents. They have worked until now to open the way and pave the road for their successors for the future of the Unification Family. I firmly believe that the missions given to the elder church leaders by True Parents are not yet finished. Now the elder church leaders who walked the path of the providence in attendance to True Parents will not leave their pastoral duties, but instead will continue to work as elder church leaders through the hoondok churches, and guide their juniors.

To bring about the further development of the Korean church, a restructuring of the nationwide church system will be carried out by implementing a system of regional and sub-regional directors centering on Rev. Yang Chang-shik. We will establish goals towards which our Church will newly strive, and thus we will lay a substantial foundation for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk in 2013.

Until now, the exertions of our church were dispersed as a means of expanding its foundation. The church was run with the mindset and attitude that each individual was working as a seed, to pioneer. Now our Unification Church has passed through the [time of] being structured for battle and is headed towards an era of settlement and development. I believe our church system should be restructured in keeping with the demands of the age and the providence.

Our framework has been too small to restore our massive society, and our system inadequate to educate and convey to everyone the truth they have all craved. Now is the time to pool together all our dispersed efforts and meet the advances of society head-on in order to satisfy the demands of the society and the providence.

We can do many things when our church grows bigger. First, we will be able to provide more benefits to our members, and we will be able to carry out volunteer work for the benefit of society. These are absolutely necessary factors for the restoration of the nation. Through transparency, fairness and thorough management of the church organization, we will prevent the ill effects that can arise from church growth.

Then a question may arise: how are we to make a very large church, especially when we consider that it has been difficult to successfully witness to even one person per year. Yet this question can be easily answered, for the answer lies with our members. Through them, our Church can either grow or regress. Of course, the words of True Parents are forever, but their fruits, that is, their products are the members and people make ready judgments looking only at the result. In other words, the words of True Parents are the theory/ideology, and the members are the results of True Parents’ words. When good and exemplary results are multiplied everywhere, True Parents’ words will be verified by the world as the truth.

Though we have published hundreds of books and held tens of thousands of rallies, our Church has failed to grow. This is clear proof that the Word was not properly conveyed to the rest of the world.

To state it plainly, though countless seeds of the Word have been scattered far and wide, they failed to take root and be resurrected as beings with life. It is time for us to check our methods of sowing and managing. I intend to find the solutions to such problems in the words of True Parents. True Parents have said that we should value our members, and from a very long time ago True Parents implemented a small-group movement, which is currently being practiced in other churches as the most important means to bring about church growth, in the form of a movement reaching out to the local neighborhood.

We will first evaluate why we are having problems when other churches have grown huge based on the two factors mentioned above, and then on the foundation of True Parents’ words we will put all our efforts into making everyone connected to our organization into members.

In short, we will recognize the value of the members as the “the fruits of history, the fruits of the present age and the fruits of the future” -- as True Parents have called them -- and treasure them accordingly. Centering on the fruits of True Parents’ words, we will run a grassroots organization and thus realize True Parents’ goals within society.

I believe that witnessing will not be a problem for our members when their value is recognized and they are armed with the words of True Parents. On top of that, we will organize and manage small groups. And when the entire organization is run in a transparent and just way, our future headed for 2013 will be a bright one.

This is what is taking place in the Father nation as we speak. We are making preparations and effort so that we can succeed.

A few days ago, Father appointed In Jin Nim as the overall Chairperson of the United States. I believe that there will be a great revival in the US as well.

I would like to thank all the continental directors for coming all this way. Moreover, the Chil Pal Jeol celebration was a truly inspiring one. I feel / think that when we consider the results and accomplishments for each continent, the number of people mobilized or educated is not the final result. That is only a part of the process and not the ultimate goal True Parents desire to achieve. I believe the final result is when all people are connected to us and become members, and when they attend and support True Parents as the True Parents.

Results Will Verify True Parents' Teachings

A question may arise: How are we to make a very large church? This is pertinent, especially when we consider that it has been difficult to successfully witness to even one person per year. This question is easily answered; the answer lies with our members. Through them, our church can either grow or regress. Of course, True Parents' message is forever, but their fruits, that is, their result, are the members and people make ready judgments looking only at the result. In other words, True Parents' teachings are the ideology, and the members are the results of that. When exemplary results are multiplied everywhere, True Parents' message will be verified by the world as the truth.

Though we have published hundreds of books and held tens of thousands of rallies, our church has failed to grow. This is clear proof that we have not conveyed the word properly to the rest of the world. To state it plainly; though countless seeds of the word have been scattered far and wide, they failed to take root and be resurrected as beings with life. It is time for us to check our methods of sowing and managing. I intend to find solutions to such problems by looking within True Parents' teachings.

True Parents have said that we should value our members, and from a very long time ago True Parents implemented a small-group movement, which is currently being practiced in other churches as the most important means to bringing about church growth, in the form of a movement reaching out to the local neighborhood.

We will first evaluate why we are having problems when other churches have grown huge based on the two factors mentioned above, and then on the foundation of True Parents' teachings, we will put all our efforts into making everyone connected to our organizations into members.

We will recognize the value of the members as "the fruits of history the fruits of the present age and the fruits of the future" -- as True Parents have called them -- and treasure them accordingly. Centering on the fruits of True Parents' word, we will work in the neighborhoods and communities (based on small groups) and thus realize True Parents' goals within society.

I believe that witnessing to others will not be a problem for our members when their value is recognized and they are armed with True Parents' message. On top of that, we will organize and manage small groups. When the entire organization is run in a transparent and just way, our path as we head toward 2013 will be a bright one. This is what is taking place in the father nation as we speak. We are making preparations and effort so that we can succeed.

A few days ago, Father appointed In-Jin nim as the overall chairperson of the American movement. I believe there will be a great revival in the U.S. as well.

I would like to thank all the regional presidents for coming such a long distance for today's event? The Chil Pal Teo, celebration was a truly inspiring one. I feel that when we consider the results and accomplishments in each region, the number of people mobilized or taught is not the final result. That is only a part of the process, not the ultimate goal True Parents aspire for us to achieve. The final result is when all people are connected to us and become members, and when they attend and support True Parents as the True Parents.

Thank you very much.

In Jin Nim, Kook Jin Nim and Hyung Jin Nim Remarks at Continental Leaders Meeting

August 7, 2008

In his address that day Hyung Jin Moon spoke on the activities that were underway for the purpose of transforming the Korean church.

“These are some of the things the Korean church is doing right now. We are strengthening the churches, making preparations to build the organization and moving forward. We are shifting from an individual-based ministry to a team ministry. As we shift towards a team ministry, the pastors will become those who love and care for the members and who can nurture their life of faith. They will be those who can help the members shine out more than any CEO.

“Pastors must have a totally different mindset in order to relate well with the members and be successful. If we can truly guide the members and help them shine as blessed families then the Unification Church will shine. When members are happy within the church, they will find greater confidence and this will naturally lead to witnessing activities.”

In her inaugural address, In Jin Moon, chairperson for the Unification movement in America, stated the following:

“Seeing True Parents’ recovery, I know this was a miracle. I think God blessed us because you all offered many tearful prayers for True Parents. Unworthy as I am, True Parents gave me this responsibility. I truly envy all of you who are in Korea. Kook Jin Moon, chairman of the Foundation, is taking responsibility over the Foundation and the economic aspect [of our movement] while Hyung Jin Moon is also doing a good job as the international president. True Parents have said that all their sons and daughters are living up to their name. Kook Jin, his name, refers to Korea and he represents the True Family. Hyung Jin’s name means that everything will go well.

“I witnessed with my own eyes how the members were being loved, being appreciated, and how they were deeply moved and revived.”

In his address, Kook Jin Moon spoke about developing the church.

“If we wish to grow our churches worldwide, we should first develop the headquarters. In truth, we are all one family, if we wish to make our church better from now on, the most important thing now is that we be honest when we talk to one another.

In the past we had many secrets, and that is why we did not succeed. We must change our culture. We have to make a culture where the people who left can return. The culture that the international president is creating at the Headquarters Church is a culture of forgiveness. We must now shift from a culture of judgment to a culture of forgiveness.

“If we set the right organizational goal and culture, we can create results. Our organization has to become stronger and more rational if it is to succeed in fulfilling its goals. If we can make our organization like that, there is nothing we cannot do.”
